If I could give 0 stars I would They didn't label my daughters pizza special (medically necessary dietary restrictions). They totally forgot another pizza and when I tried calling straight to VM when I go the store the manager was helpful but her staff was slow and unhelpful they couldn't care less she was overwhelmed and running this store solo. They had to remake 3 customers orders in the 12 minutes I was there. The manager is the only person in the whole store who cares and she made things right but it's obvious that this store cannot handle anything more than 1 order at a time. This is the first and LAST time I will ever order from here again.
very good pizza, but definitely short on staff and a rude GM doesn't help the environment for the staff or customers. Blaze, do better, your pizza is actually good.
I do enjoy wood fired pizza! This place was friendly and the food was good. It was not the best I've had,but you do have a great selection of toppings and cheese types
So slow on a Saturday night. This is probably their busiest time and their short on workers. The pizza is great though if you have a couple of hours to wait.
It's a place where you make your own pizza they roll the dough out for you they put on the ingredients you tell them it's a nice relaxing place very cool
BRROOOOOO ?? Blaze is straight up M- M- M- MMMMMIDDDDDDDDD . Some of THE MOST OVERHYPED ???pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza sauce legit tastes like it’s from a can, the pizza comes out cold, there was legit no cheese on two slices. It’s not terrible, just not worth it compared to the Randys and Enzo’s of the world ? ? ??☄️
Man so the pizza here is so good but the service at this location was very very disappointing. The server did not smile once and seemed very irritated and made me almost afraid to ask for additional toppings. The server serving the guest in front of me also had an irritated demeanor and practically rolled her eyes when he asked for pesto sauce once his pizza was finished and then she proceeded to do the same thing with me. You will get the same good food here but don’t expect to enjoy the service experience.
Love this place. The food is great and you can put as many toppings on your pizza as you want at no extra charge. The staff is nice.
The pizza at Blaze ia typically pretty good, but this location had extremely slow service during my last visit. I ordered online and when I arrived about 25 minutes later they had just started making the order. It took another 10 minutes to get the pizza. They also wouldn't put meatballs on my pizza because they were frozen. I guess they didn't feel like thawing them. To be fair, there were only 2 employees and maybe they're not paid enough to make them want to provide speedy, adequate customer service.
Worst $60 I have ever spent. The person slicing pizzas didn’t monitor the oven. If you want over cooked pizza, irbid is the place for you.
