One of the best breakfasts we've ever had!! Menu has extensive choices. The omelets are fluffy, loaded with items and perfectly cooked. The French toast was excellent! The restaurant and bathrooms are VERY clean. Rosa was our waitress and she was super friendly and efficient in making sure everything was perfect. And it certainly was a perfect visit!
I ate here for the first time today and it was so amazing! They have a 98 sanitation rating, great staff and delicious food. I will definitely be going back!
Our fave breakfast and lunch place, like a local diner. Very consistent, great breakfasts, and reasonable prices.
First, my sister ordered sprite and had to order a different drink because it taste like seltzer water not sprite. From there we both ordered chicken and waffles with a side of potatoes and bacon. The potatoes were good, the bacon wasn’t what I imagined as you can see in the picture. The waffles were inedible because of the flavorless syrup. I asked for a side of ranch and was charged $1 without being notified. After we ordered, we were not checked on and our drinks were not refilled. We will not return.

Nice food. Benetis Athena is a restaurant convenient located close to the 55. It has Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. I asked for the Gyro and Souvlaki Platter (A generous portion of lamb and beef strips and chicken served with Greek salad, tzatziki sauce and pita) for lunch. For me, the food was abundant and delicious. One of the things that I most appreciate this day's is the possibility to eat outside, in this place, you can. A good option, in Durham. I will come back to this restaurant.
The food tastes like home. The Waitress were super friendly and they know their customers very well. The price was super cheap . I didnt like their coffee. Highly recommended
We stumbled upon Benetis during a recent short stay in the Durham area and wound up visiting twice. This is just the best place. Superb food and exceptional service (that would rival any diner in our home state of NJ). Family run, wonderful staff that can instantly brighten your day with their hospitality.
Good food, good prices, good atmosphere, good staff. Enjoyed meal. Would recommend.
