good food and good service good everything
Great tasty food and great service!!
We have been getting takeout from Bella Napoli since they opened and never had any issues with the taste or quality of their pizzas, Calzone or Stromboli. All were excellent. Tonight we decided to eat in after work. We ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana and the Eggplant Rollatine. Both were excellent. Our only complaint was the young man who was our waiter. It appeared to be his first day on the job. He never introduced himself to the table. He had no supervision, was unsure of the menu items, brought out our salads without any dressing. We had to ask for the bread and dipping oil. Our request for additional bread was never met. He asked if we got the bread after he brought our check. We will continue to go here because of the quality of the food but management needs to do a better job of training new staff because they are likely to lose customers if they don’t provide better service. We would hate to see this business not succeed.

Pizza with vegan cheese and penne marinara were both excellent. Crust was fantastic - perfect crispy chewiness with lots of bubbles and some actual char. Pasta was cooked perfectly, and I could eat a bowl of that marina with a spoon. We'll definitely be repeat customers!
Very good pizza.Went for the first time because we had received a coupon for a small cheese pizza and large specialty pizza. The cheese was good. Perfect amount of sauce and their crust is great. Crisp and firm to support the slice, but not too chewy. For our specialty pizza, we went with the caprese pizza which had amazing flavor. I added sausage to half and was a little disappointed as the sausage seemed to lack in flavor.Overall, great pizza all around and I will undoubtedly return again and again.
I had passed this place several times since it was being opened and had even studied its menu online. Already happy with my pizza haunt and rarely ate other dishes. Had a craving for egg plant and gave them a try asking for it to be fried well. Absolutely the best I’ve had outside Greece. Generous portion with fresh ingredients. I will be back.
The nicest owners, who want to make your food experience perfect. The eggplant parmigiana is delicious, I’ve ordered it several times. We love the mozzarella sticks, and the pizza, which we’ve also had several times. The food is consistent and the service is always fast and friendly. This is the place if you’re looking to support a small family business with great food and friendly service.
Disappointing customer service. Ordered three pizzas for delivery. Two were fine, but one was soggy, it’s toppings had slipped off the crust, etc. I called politely to get a refund for that one pizza because it was inedible. They instead said they would send a new pizza. As a courtesy, I asked for a cheaper style that would probably travel better. 15 mins later, presumably after having second thoughts about the trouble of bringing another pizza, they called me back to argue about the condition of the soggy pizza and implied I had lied. I told them to forget it and keep my money. Not worth it.
I want to start by saying I had no idea this little place was tucked away in the corner of a strip mall. Upon arriving my family and I were greeted by a very pleasant young lady who seated us immediately exactly where we wanted to be. She returned quickly with our drinks and was happy to get us the appetizer we requested. Upon looking over the menu and seeing that veal saltimbocca was an option I had to have that as you do not see that on barely any menus down in the southern state where this restaurant is located. I was sure to order a slice of pizza as well because the best way to judge if a pizzeria & restaurant is good is to grab a slice. My lady ordered chicken carbonara and I ordered the veal. When the entrees arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see the accuracy of the reproduction of the Italian dish. The veal was pounded flat and served properly with the spinach and in lieu of prosciutto they used a Black Forest ham. That was good because the prosciutto can become overly salty at some times and it was good to see a different type of meat being used. Her chicken carbonara had well-prepared and juicy chicken breast in it as well as chunks of bacon and a hearty cream sauce. The pizza itself was well made with a well-balanced amount of cheese and sauce and absolutely no blandness. The quality of the cheese was top-notch and I had requested sausage on it to see how it was and that as well passed the test with flying colors. Throughout our dinner the staff were very polite and very attentive. I would recommend anyone passing through this area to head over and try this establishment.Staff Present: Carlos, Walter, Eunice, and Helen
