Extremely rude staff. We weren’t even in the door 30 seconds and weren’t allowed to look at the icecream flavors we were told to go to the register and pay first. Half of the flavors were either almost empty or looked melted. Whole time we were seated they were complaining behind the counter to themselves.

Worst place ever. Everyone that works here has an attitude for no reason. I wish this place would close down so something better could come in its place.

They were out of most cones.

My order was not correct.?? The service was good.

Worst service of any place I've ever been. Staff is very rude - gave us and customers behind us attitude - clearly don't want to be there! The employee asked what we wanted while having his back to us stating "you can go ahead and order, I'm listening" then proceeded to give us the wrong ice cream... ridiculous considering we only ordered 2 scoops of ice cream...

Horible service. I came at 850pm, granted i know its late but google said they close at 10. The door was locked and the worker inside said they close at 9. (They should still have the door open if its not 9 yet!) He said i could go to the drive through if i really wanted so i did. The light was out and they dont have ice cream flavors listed on the sign so i asked what they have, ive never been here before, and the worker just said "the regular kinds" i asked whats that, he said "you know the kinds that everyone has" how am i suposed to know what ever other place has?? It wouldnt be hard for him to list off 4 or 5 flavors... then after getting 2 seperate waffel cones and 2 flavors i paid and left only to bite into my cone and almost throw up because it tasted like it had sat out for 3 days. I ended up only eating half of my icecream and threw the entire cone away. What a waste of my time and money. I will NOT be going back to B&R, id rather go to DQ.

I've been trying to get a banana split for 3 weeks now and each time it's the same thing no banana, but the store is full I don't understand please someone help me to understand ?.

This place is horrible. The worker looked extremely lazy. I drove a good bit out of my way to get ice cream for my sick dad that is in the hospital. He wanted the wild sherbert and of course they didn't have it. He also wanted a banana split and they were out of bannannas. I will never return to this place in my life.

Terrible customer service. 20min in drive thru. They are out of everything.
