Today I visited the donut shop after passing it by many times. I saw a fly buzzing around in the case with the donuts and I asked the staff where they had their NC Sanitation Score and Letter Grade (required by law) she first acted oblivious to the fact that it’s required by law in all restaurants in NC. She then acknowledged that restaurants do have to have it but told me that it was none of my business anyway. I was shocked at the attitude I caught from this saleswoman OVER DONUTS. They must be doing a lot wrong to be so private over a sanitation score in a donut shop. I will definitely be taking my business to Duck Donuts for a cleaner and friendlier experience!
A little disappointed with my service yesterday/today. I asked for donuts, 2 eclairs, and a cinnamon roll. They did not put it in my box I paid and called back next day and the lady stated if they didn’t put it in my box then I didn’t pay for it but continuously said that instead of just saying sorry and what can I do for you. Just a little disappointed with customer service.
The doughnuts are amazing...but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I will never spend my money there ever again. Nasty attitudes! They only got 1 star because I had to give it to them!
The lowest rating that this site is allowing me to give is a one star however I would really like to give this location no stars for the following reason: I went into this location to purchase some donuts because Bakers Dozen is my favorite donut shop. When I arrived the clerk was sweeping the floor. She went into the back and came back out to assist me. I asked her if she had washed her hands because I didn’t hear any water running while she was in the back. She proceeded to tell me that she sanitized her hands. For me sanitizing hands and bot washing them with soap and water is a big no no for me. Needless to say, I left without purchasing any donuts.
Their white creme filling is to die for! Get there early to not miss out! Also, some of the donuts are HUGE
When I visited the Baker's Dozen Donuts at Plantation Square (6320 Capital Blvd), I was a little disappointed with their selection. Most of the donut stores in Texas offer larger donuts and sell several types of kolaches.
If you haven't gone here, what are you waiting for?? There are at least 3 locations - one in Cary in South Hills Shopping Center, one near Triangle Town Center, and this one on 98 that I know of. Fresh, Great Donuts!
Was camping in the area and read the great reviews, so decided to check it out. I am a donut lover, so I have tried many over my lifetime. These are quite good. I was a little skeptical because of being part of a gas station, but pleasantly surprised. I would go back if in the area again.
Incredibly impressed by these donuts. Super fresh and delicious. The apple fritter was incredible and the yeasted donuts are so fluffy. This is our new donut spot forever and ever.
Best donuts ever!! So fresh and they are filled while I'm there!
