The restaurant was almost completely void of customers yet our service was incredibly slow. Our appetizer tray was so cold that the cheese dip had almost completely solidified by the time it was brought to the table.I also ordered an entree, a drink, and a side salad. I didn’t even receive my drink until after the entree was brought out almost 20 minutes after ordering it. 20 minutes…to receive a beer. Finally the entree comes out, also cold, hard and completely tasteless. Still no sign of side salad. Was gonna mention it to our waiter but that would require tracking him down since he was nowhere to be found. Finally at this point I’m completely over it and just want to leave. I go to look for him to ask for the check and I turn around and he’s just now bringing the side salad out. 20 MINUTES AFTER THE MEAL. He throws it down like that completely normal and runs away again before I can even ask for the check (which took him another 15 minutes to get) finally get the check and ask to have the salad removed as it’s kinda pointless 20 minutes after everyone has finished eating but still ended up paying for it anyway online since he wouldn’t come back to get my card either. Terrible service. Terrible food. This restaurant is a tasteless joke and horrible waste of time.
Applebees has always been a good go to for drinks and food. Food was good and hot. It was pretty crowed and busy.
I ordered Flavored drinks and received Fountain Drinks, only one was approved of since you guys didn't have lemonade, but not this blue mountain dew that I don't drink. Is there a food shortage? Was you guys running low tonight? And the chicken was actually dry even though it looks moist. This was a very disappointing experience again. The last time I ordered the Grilled Oriental Chicken Salad and asked for extra sauce and got none ? the whole purpose of the salad is the dressing. Please do better it's not just about a refund.
Not entirely sure what we were expecting, but what we got was not great. $5 drink specials are fun in theory, except that the sugar is the only thing getting you drunk in these. Plus, they were out of gummy sharks for the shark bowl (main draw)… major negative that they didn’t communicate that upfront. Another sore point- my vegetarian friend got the dip trio as her main. But only two of the dips showed up because they were still making the guacamole. 15 minutes later still now guac… when she asked, they said it was frozen and they were trying to warm it up. Hmm. When it finally showed up, the waitress brought it with a to-go container because we were all already finished with the meal.FYI riblets DO have bones in them… don’t choke.
Had lunch 2/25/22. The hostess was accommodating...Extremely monotone and nonchalant, but helpful nonetheless. She seated us at the table my mom wanted. The waitress seemed distracted by her phone. I ordered a specialty drink but my food came first so I canceled it. The food was hot but tasteless. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp and it taste like rubber. No bourbon anything and when I asked the waitress for sauce she bought me cold garlic butter. That was the first and last time she checked on our table. We waited 20 minutes after finishing our food for the check but it never came. I had to ask the hostess who was walking by to go and get my waitress who was seated across the room glued to her phone. It still took her 4 more minutes and the place was hardly busy. It just seems as if the standard for restaurants has plummeted.
Ordered Curbside to go. I got notified that my order would be ready at 5:00pm. I got there at 5:04om and marked on the app that I was there. I got a message saying they would be right out. 20 minutes later, I open the to go door and tell them I have been waiting for 20 minutes. They said they would get the manager. A minute later a man brings my meals. No apology, nothing. I asked why I had to go in. He said they don't get notification, and they didn't know I was there. So he gave me the now cold food, again no apologies and turned and walked away. Worst service ever!
We arrived at 7:45 on Saturday night. There were 7 people (6 adults & 1 child) in our party. We were blatantly told by the rude manager that they aren't allowed to seat more than 6 people on the weekends. Seriously?? We ended up going nextdoor to Outback Steakhouse. They were happy to seat us and their service was great! I filed a complaint with corporate & was told that never should have happened to us.
If the server wasn't a nice lady it would have been 1 star. They didn't have 2 of the things we asked for and their new chicken strips are completely gross. Not a single drink refill or a checkin until we were done but by the looks of it they had her busting tables and doing other peoples work so she was probably busy. Our appetizer didn't just come out late, it didn't come out at all. We got our meals and told them just to cancel it. It says alot when everywhere else that's open is booked on a Saturday and this place is empty. Apple bees is going down hill fast. Go to chillies instead their new menu is pretty good
Stopped here after a long flight from Las Vegas. It was late and we were starving. Ordered the Sampler and some boneless wings. It was pretty good. The service was decent.
Food was…okay. Service was terrible. Server was inattentive, “appetizer” took 30+ minutes to come out after ordering (chips and dip), ordered sweet tea and got unsweet. Server messed up drinks multiple times during the visit. Received roughly half sized portions on some things, while others were okay. Fries were so cold and tough that my toddler couldn’t chew them, suggesting maybe they’d been reheated maybe? Asked for items that were included (per the menu) and was told “we will have to charge you for another order if we do”. Would have spoken to manager but never saw one or was greeted by one. They were not, in any way, busy either (maybe 5 tables occupied when we ordered, and at least 3 servers that I saw)
