We've ordered from this location and others several times, but this last incident was likely our last.Placed an online order that somehow "didn't go through," had to wait for nearly 30min to receive it, and by the time I got home they'd gotten it wrong: potato fries instead of yuca. When I called to see what could be done I was questioned as though I was the one who had done something wrong, and I was even asked to bring back the fries?!?!?I missed bedtime with my 4mo old and dinner time with my husband to deal with this debacle, and after driving back the fries that an employee exclaimed "THROW THEM OUT! THROW THEM OUT!" at, I get home to find the yuca is nearly burnt an inedible. 40min round trip for absolutely nothing.This was by no stretch of the imagination the first time you screwed up our order, but it's the last.
Great chicken with a nice lime seasoning. Salad was a bit old though when we got it, but they were quick to bring a new one when asked. Reception is overall friendly.
Consistently delicious across every location and you can order online. This location can get kinda crowded in the parking lot but that's not their fault.
The chicken tacos consist of boiled chicken. Very bland… Watery lack of flavor! I revisit, And was greatly disappointed it was recommended for me to try a dish that consist of french fries rice and dried out chicken breast with a little flavor. I will not be going back.I gave the chicken breast that was dried out, to my dog.
After many visits to Peru and Cusco, it's truly a pleasure to enjoy great Peruvian style dishes in the United States. Frankly, the Peruvian styled rotisserie chicken is probably one of the best chicken dishes in the world. Alpaca does a great job of matching the taste and style of the restaurants and great cooks in Peru. Couple this with the authentic sides (and American styled sides) and you have a great Peruvian meal lined up.
Food was good. Customer service was amazing. I especially loved the way they engaged with my child. They treated him as if he was his own customer which made him feel special. Highly recommend!
Charcoal rotisserie? Well, sign me up! This local hot spot fills up quick for a reasonably priced and hearty lunch. Before you even enter you are hit with waves of roasting meat and charcoal aromas. The sides were all okay, but nothing I can celebrate in a review. The true hero is the chicken and it is a true marvel worth stopping for.
The original location now modernized and better staffed than when the restaurant was struggling to start up 10 years ago. As efficient, clean, and pleasant as any of the new locations.
Chicken was great. Restaurant was clean. Service was quick.
