We had the best experience using Waterford Hall for my sister’s baby shower. Amber, the event coordinator, was so helpful, kind and organized. Throughout the process, she was prompt at responding back to us, helping us coordinate food, setup, and everything in between. They let us in bright and early, helped in every way possible, and the food was amazing. We looked at many events spaces, and this one is the best in the area by a landslide. Absolutely would recommend this space for any event. Thank you so much for the amazing experience! Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the baby shower was.
We had a fabulous experience hosting a Bat Mitzvah at Waterford Hall on 11/16/19! This location was very convenient to where the ceremony was held in Davidson. Our out of town guests stayed at the Residence Inn and they were able to walk to the party. Bouk Catering did an amazing job with the adult and children’s buffets. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. A full bar was provided as well. We used a DJ, Snapdragon Entertainment, and a photographer, Lisa Crates Photography, who were both on the preferred vendor list that was provided by Waterford Hall. They both did a phenomenal job! Amber, our liason from Waterford Hall, exceeded all of our expectations and was available any time we needed her! We felt the cost was very reasonable for everything that was provided and they even packaged up the leftovers for us to take home! We highly recommend this event space for any celebration that you may have! Our experience blew us away and we will always be grateful!!
Pluses: Great location, very spacious, part of a unique and cool restaurant (above the Galway Hooker). Good food/catering options, and the food was very tasty. Had a projector screen and sound system, which we used. Our second contact for Bouk catering was very personable. They were able to accommodate one guest with a vegan diet.
Amber made planning our corporate event easy and fun! The event space was even better than expected. I highly recommend this venue.
