Maybe I came on a day where the new guy was alone but I ordered a chai tea and it literally was nothing but milk. I always order chai tea but even watching him make it he only put a 10% of tea and the rest milk. I decided to try it just to give him the benefit of the doubt but it was nasty I told him that it tasted more like milk then chai he said that they were out of chai so I waited until he opened up a brand new bottle just for him to pour a little in the cup. My husband had to throw his cup away because it was more milk then the actual frap.
I was there today around 4:00 and a customer refused to put her mask on. She was given a mask because she didn’t wear one in. Then she refused to put it on after one customer and three employees asked her to do so. I’m unsure how it played out after I left but consider not taking the order of a person not wearing a mask if your policy is you must wear a mask to enter your store
If you have invested in Starbucks now is a good time to cash out and get away from this brand
I do not do Starbucks as a rule. In my opinion they are extremely overpriced, and personally I cannot see paying five or six dollars for a cup of coffee. That being said their pastry offerings are always off the charts and I am sure their coffee is pretty okay also. The staff is always super friendly engaging but again I just can't buy into the hype. Just my opinion, I'm a Dunkin Donuts kind of guy! LOL LOL
Great coffee but high prices
This Starbucks is easy to forget it's there, even when you're a regular HT shopper. Which also means the lines are short and you can get in and out - unlike the other one up the road. My experience has been that staff is friendly and products are quality. They also have ice water if you ever just need a drink while shopping on a hot day.
Super friendly staff that makes an effort to get to know their clients. Easy access in and out. Mobile ordering available for even faster service.
Even when I'm indecisive, they know what I should get.

Yes I use Starbucks for coffee about 5 times weekly I am a gold card holder so I get refills free. This week I have been to this wonderful Starbucks three mornings and find it to be an exceptional experience. Southern charm and manners combine with lightening fast internet There are adequate seating sand good electrical outlets Kudos to a staff well trained and doing a magnificent job delivering the Starbucks experience
