Meat lovers pizza they show online compared to the pizza I received. I ordered at 7:04pm. Got a text saying pizza was on the way at 7:17pm , now mind you im less than 2 miles from store. Pizza arrived 7:50pm. Driver didnt have a pen so I had to go find one. He forgot my 2litter in the car , he had to go back downstairs to get the soda. I ordered a 2 liter Diet pepsi. I Received a regular pepsi. Need a little bit better quality control. Your slogan "No one out pizzas pizza hut"? Isnt true.
My order was delayed by almost 1 hour. I ordered at 6pm to pick up by 6:30pm. The system told me it will be ready by 6:30pm. I came in at 6:45 pm and was waiting in line until 7pm. Even at that time, I was told my pizza order will be worked on and take another 15 mins. This is ridiculous given the fact my order was accepted by the system upfront if to guys were short staffed. I cancelled my order and walked away. I hope you guys fix your greedy system.

I've gotten carry out from this location a number of times, and the orders have always been spot on, no mistakes. The pizzas were hot, fresh, and delicious, as one expects from Pizza Hut. The store has always been clean, and well lit; the employees have always been courteous and efficient.
The order came fast, the pizza was delicious, the delivery guy was extremely nice.
All good. The person running this site does a good job. Bone out chicken a bit funky sometimes. Get some that appear to be chunks with a strange consistency. Wings always good but PH needs to look into the quality of the bone out.
This was the first time picking up at this location and it was a great experience! Ken was very kind and made sure my order came out fast and fresh… I will definitely be back!
The cheese pizza was burnt and nothing but a dried-up crust. They do the same thing to cheese sticks which also makes them terrible and is why we no longer order them at Pizza Hut, but stop at Dominos to pick up Cheesy Bread instead in Cornelius.
The closest thing to a genuine Motor City Pie I have had since I left the 313. It ain't Shields or Buscemi's, but it was pretty damn good. Well job.
