Just a total disorganized mess. There were about 4 people behind the counter and it seemed like absolutely none of them were working. We went at about 1:30 and there were 8 people (including us) in the store. Every single one of us had to wait at least 20 minutes for our sandwiches and from the conversations I overheard, there were people there that had been there much longer. For $30, just go to Jersey Mikes. Also the small fry is i think $2.30 and you get about 10 fries that were clearly overcooked in old oil.
A little expensive but definitely worth it. I also didnt realize that a large fries was a LARGE fries so got more than i bargained for but they were still okay for a sandwich place.
Amazing place to eat at. Customer service rivials with Chick-fil-A. Mikel was who took care of my order. And I do say they will be seeing me more.
I really enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak! The fries are always fresh and crispy. Staff is very nice and friendly.
Found my new sub fix!! Excellent Philly. Even better service. Don't know why I haven't eaten here before. I've been missing out.
Orders were wrong. When we brought it to their attention, the person that made the subs was aggravated and rude. Luckily, one young employee corrected the bus and apologized for his coworkers attitudes.

A wonderful experience with this sub stop! The manager went above and beyond in helping me feel right at home! Stellar group of people, great food and reasonable prices. Please support this small franchise as they deserve all the growth Cornelius has to offer. I highly recommend their food!
Both the manager and assistant manager did an amazing job today. My order was a little messed up and they went above and beyond to make it correct! You don't see customer service like this very often anymore. Bravo!
