My favorite place for shaved ice. I enjoy taking my dog Koda with me. I get my snowball and I get her a pup cup. She always goes for the milk bone treat they top the pup cup with.
Shame that you have to pay 50 cents extra for the one gummy shark in the shark attack cone.. the menu says "with gummy shark". It's only 50 cents yes, it's also only one gummy shark.Couldn't get a word in over the extra rude staff when asking about it.Hard pass. Plenty of other places to get the same with better results.

Pelicans is a great alternative to heavier dessert places like ice cream. They have so many flavors here. And the bench is outside and make it a nice place to go to on a hot summer night and just hang out.
I love this place. I have to get one a least once every 2 weeks! I am addicted. Try a snowball stuffed with icecream, it blew my mind!!! Lots of flavors and quick service.

Our first time here, so delicious! The flavors are amazing, the sour is very sour, and the ice is super fine and not crunchy at all. We'll definitely be back!
