The Boss (wife) and I had lunch today at Osito's. She had the Quesadilla 11. (Picture #1). It is offered with a choice of 8 proteins (chicken, steak, carnitas, al pastor, mushrooms, grilled shrimp, and two more.)Of course, she had the chicken. Cheese, rajas, sour cream, pico de Gallo, and guacamole round out the ingredients. She was delighted with how crisp and flakey the tortilla was, and the generous portion of chicken meant there was enough to take home!I had the Early Bird 12.5. (Picture #2) In almost 70 years, this is the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. This divine sandwich consisted of fried bologna, egg, refried beans, chorizo potato hash, pico, and Oaxaca cheese. (I declined the avocado, lettuce, and mustard). The Early Bird 12.5 (picture #3) is served with incredible guajillo ranch seasoned fries. We will be back!
the biggest and best burrito i’ve ever had in my life. i visited nc two weeks ago from up north and i’ve thought about that burrito every single day. my mom got a quesadilla that she said didn’t have much flavor. but i’m down here again and you best believe i’m getting that burrito. also great staff
Awesome food! Such a nice variety and amazing portion sizes. Usually $4.50 tacos like this are empty and have no meat. These tacos were so full I had to eat half of them with chips so I could eat them. Hands down one if the better gormet taco spots I've been to around the Charlotte area. 10/10 will come back again to explore more of the menu.
Stopped here to grab quick bite for my son who ordered nachos and 3 different tacos. I only tried nachos which were great. He loved the tacos. Really fresh, high quality ingredients with a little twist on all the items which makes them unique and extra yummy. Don’t get over this way much but we will make a trip to come back for sure. One of best Mexican fast foodish type places I’ve been to. Highly recommended.
I've died and gone to taco heaven ♡ My new favorite restaurant in town!
Great spot with an funky yummy southern twist to tacos, nachos, and tortas. Southern fried chicken tacos, delicious yummy nachos with pimento cheese, and delicious queso. Inside and outside seating and serving mexican coca cola and yummy local beers too.
Small owned business we love supporting! Food is fresh, flavorful, & huuuuge portions. Chimichanga & the burrito are the size of your head no joke! It’s hard getting my Hispanic boyfriend to try any other “taco spot” as he says but he loves the food here, so we keep coming back!
My wife and I visited D9 brewery this last Thursday for a night out and they partnered with Ositos Tacos for delivery service to the brewery, so we ordered 6 tacos and chips and queso. The queso was really creamy and the consistency was really good, it also came with a side of pimento cheese which was a nice addition. The tacos themselves were pretty good but because they were delivered, by the time we received them they were no longer hot. I am sure if you get them fresh out of the kitchen they taste much better. I would definitely try them again but instead of delivery, I would eat there in person.
I have found my new favorite taco joint! The menu is appetizing and everything we ordered was plentiful and delicious. The queso and salsa were fresh and yummy, and the tacos were to die for! We will definitely be back soon.
This is our 2nd trip here and we are in love with this place! The quesadillas, tortas and tacos have all been out of this world amazing! This is not a Mexican sit down restaurant, it's an order, pay and sit kinda place. The menu is unique and delicious - I haven't had one thing that wasn't a 10/10!
