Several problems. #1 went thru the drive thru, ordered....got to the window to pay and was informed that I couldn't pay my 21.67 order with a 50 dollar bill. Why? Last time I checked, that is LEGAL US currency. Why won't you accept legal currency? I had to look like a fool fumbling for money because I only had big bills. I don't believe in credit card debt.Next, got the order, got on the road went to eat and they gave no napkins. Maybe that's normal? This was my first and last visit to any Jimmy John's. Shame on you.
Apparently customers are wrong and employees like argue with the customer when they tell them they want a refund because the sandwich taste bad and they won't do a refund. Very Disappointing!! Very Bad Customer Service!!

Clean store, but they wouldn't take my $50 bill, and places that don't take cold hard cash don't get my business. It's a big deal because $50 bills is what the ATMs give me. I'll be going to Subway from now on, they take my cash.
My family and I went in later tonight around 8:30 pm and was greeted by Logan. Logan was exceptionally nice and helpful especially with us coming in so late. Great customer service. Thank you
If you haven't tried JJs you should. The bread is always great and consistent at every store that I have ever visited. But the Cornelius store is very well run and every time I grab a freakishly fast sub I love it. The #5 Vito with Jimmy's Peppers is always my choice and I'm always happy with it from the Cornelius store. Great job guys.

I ordered my sandwich at 12:13 and it's now 1:11 and I haven't received it yet. Not so freaky fast Jimmy John's. HURRY UP WITH MY SANDWICH, I'M HUNGRY!EDIT - while, yes, it did take a long time to receive my sub, management made it right! Went from 2 stars to 4!
