Loved this place untill the girls were under staffed apparently and refused to make hot subs. Basically anything that took work to make. They weren't busy had plenty of time to make anything. Whether it was true or not, communication to the customer came off as we aren't willing to work like they were mad they were the only ones there. What happened to wanting to serve the customer because it's your job? If this is how they operate the restaurant...there are other sub companies that really want to serve the customers. The girls had also shut down half their website so you could only order cold easy to make subs, with no explanation making us think there's something wrong with our phone or the website ? leaving your restaurant in those un capable hands shows you don't care about the customers. This is sad because I loved this place. Not cheap either!
These people make AMAZING and HEARTY SANDWICHES. Other places just cannot compete; literally the amount of meat and veggies you get compared to others is just astronomical. They take great care of their Patrons so joint the points club!
They will literally mess up either the bread, meat or condiments more than half the time you order. The other half they are out of one bread or the other. The only reason they got 2 stars is because the quality of the meat brad and vegetables are still consistent with other locations however this place needs to find a manager that actually cares and operates as a business. This also took me 3 years to post so this is not a 1 time experience. I am just now frustrated enough to take the time to post. Wish firehouse subs was closer
Love this place but don’t love the fact that I stop at 8:30pm for a steak sub and told “the grill is closed”. The sign says open until 9pm. Then why can’t I get my steak sub at 8:30pm. Not good customer service.
My first time at a Jersey Mike's and I WILL NOT BE BACK. I put the order in and started to say I don't want tomatoes, the slicer brushed me off to the toppings person saying " you can tell her what you want on it" The cashier then directs me to pay. I turn back around and the meat slicer was texting while working and did not change gloves....handling my sandwich meat with the same contaminated hand. I ordered the club and when I asked doesn't it come with bacon (because that's what's on the menu) same guy rudely said yes but a lot of people take the bacon off. The cashier then says oh he forgot to ask if you wanted it on there. Horrible experience I told them I'd just order online next time so I can figure out what I'm doing! Very disappointed. Probably won't return to this location. Ordered what I always do last week which is a regular #8, chips, and regular drink. The total he told me was almost $15. I thought it seemed a bit high but was in a hurry just paid and went about my day. Went to the Statesville location today, ordered the same thing, and it was about $12. This location must automatically add tip or something because I was overcharged. It's just a couple dollars but it's more about the principal.

Placed an online order was charged I get to the store they have no record of the order and asked me to pay again. Thats not how business is conducted.
I did online ordering and picked it up. Tasty cheese steak made perfectly without the mess. (ex: sandwich falling apart because it's overstuffed with add ins, or more bread than anything else) Will definitely try again.
Busy, but worth it. Friendly service, good food. Also active in the community.
