It was really good. The staff were all friendly. We came in off the boat grabbed some food then back out again. Even got in a game of Cornhole.
Great experience this evening! The two workers that were on the closing shift were very kind, efficient, and the story looking super clean! Keep up the great service!
I should start by saying that I do not enjoy posting negative reviews. And I understand that, during these difficult times, there is a shortage of workers and things are hard for everyone. I get that. I should also admit that I avoid "fast food" at all costs, but Five Guys has been an indulgence I enjoy once in a while, when the itch for a good take-out burger comes along. That will no longer be the case here. In order to grab a quick lunch while running errands, we ordered burgers and fries online. After placing the order, the website told me the food would be ready in about 7 minutes. Six minutes later, I walked in and stood near where the orders are given out, waiting my turn. Ten minutes later, after several others had come and gone, I was still standing there. I decided to check my phone to see if I had ordered from a different location, and saw a button to click to "Let us know when you arrive," or something like that. I clicked it, and only then did I hear an employee say my name. Only at that point, it seemed, did the employees start preparing my food. What's the point of ordering ahead online, if they don't make your food until after you get there? I should have just ordered at the counter. Then, after now waiting for 20 minutes, I watch a woman make our burgers, with her mask pulled down beneath her nose. What's the point of the mask? That might seem petty, but COVID cases are skyrocketing like never before. I asked for a refund, but was assured it would only be a few more minutes. The manager tried to make it right by giving me a couple gift cards, so kudos for that. But almost 30 minutes after placing the order, I walked out with the food and no appetite. What if I only had a 30-minute lunch break? After that experience, I threw my meal in the trash and crossed off Five Guys from the list of places I will patronize.
Ordered a Togo order to get home and have a barley cooked burger and fries. The burger was completely raw and the fries where gross and not crispy like they normally are. I ended up having to go somewhere else for dinner. I don’t think I will be back at this location.
The burgers and fries were excellent but the expense was a surprise. You don't get a meal deal here. You are charged separately for each item ordered.
This place has some of the best customer service in all of Cornelius. Employees are constantly changing their gloves showing that they care about sanitation and are aware. I’ve picked up for Door Dash and they offer me a drink, and they always greet you when you walk in. And most importantly the employees look like they actually want to work there. Great management and leadership!
This location is SUPER FRIENDLY. Great customer service and of course up to the Five Guys standard.
we placed an order and they used burger buns for our hot dogs and cut them up funny. they didn't tell us they did this and when we got home to eat was when we found out. we called the store and they were unapologetic and not helpful at all.
Super fresh food. Door dash orders are always fresh. Store is always clean. Don’t know her name but the manager really seems to care about the food and employees. Employees super friendly. Probably one of the top five guys in the nation. No cap
