People May claim that the service is poor or it is not quick enough to their likingHowever every morning I am at this dunkin Location I can see that they struggle with staffing just like any other businessBut every morning every single employee there works their tail off to get peoples orders in with a smile on their faceI am a proud frequent patron of this location and hope ownership/corporate take this Dunkin location as a model example of how every Dunkin should be ran. Which speaks volume to the direct management and supervisorsThank you to all of the team members and management for my coffee and sometimes monster energy refreshers
Good location.Very clean and spacious.The largest Dunkin' we have ever seen.Largest selection we've seen in years.We highly recommend this location!

I had a large order and the staff was very patient and polite. Also, there were no mistakes with the order.
Just wish that their coffee around 4-7 was hot, seems like it's mildly warm. Staff is young but they are always pleasant.

They really worked hard for this 1-star review. I placed an order for four donuts and was asked by the drive-thru attendant "how many donuts do you want?". I repeated my order and was again asked "but how many donuts do you want?". After this process repeated several more times, the manager came over and asked the same question. I asked for four donuts, not the rude manager to get an attitude with me. He then said I had to get six or twelve (which, no I do not, I don't want that many).The manager and attendant were extremely rude and tried to force me into buying more donuts than I wanted. I then overheard him saying "just give him vanilla frosted, they taste better". I was given stale donuts and no straws for our coffees. This has been the worst dunkin donuts experience I've ever had.
Very disappointed in the lack of service and attitude at 9 am on October 13, 2021 when I called 20 minutes in advance to order a 10 cup coffee container for a function. I arrived to find they had to start brewing the coffee as I was waiting. While I planned extra time to get to my function, I was late because it took 30-35 minutes to get my order. The person I dealt with did not apologize, acted like it was no problem, and an every day occurrence.
This one star is extremely generous. I was very disappointed with the amount of attitude we got from the manager for simply wanting to order 4 donuts. We were told we could only order 6 or 12. Once finally receiving our donuts, we were disappointed with how stale they were. Receiving stale donuts is one thing, but getting the rudeness and attitude from the manager was completely unacceptable.
Manager argued with us because we only wanted 4 donuts instead of a half dozen. They ended up giving us the wrong donuts.
