manager was in the back no one in the front to wait on me got the manager to the front he was not friendly made me the wrong drink not at all what I ordered and the girl beside him wiped her nose with her hand and did not go wash her hands and I told the manager what I saw he didn't seem to careand then I got my money back and will not go back to the one at Zion in Cornelius
We stop here every morning. Place is clean. You get in and out pretty quick.

This is a great DD. It's huge & very clean. The employees are so nice, & my boyfriend literally stops in almost every day. Try Raspberry flavor shots in your coffee!
Its Dunkin what more could you ask for! This location is close to my work so I am a frequent visitor. The cold brew pumpkin is especially delicious! High five highly recommended!

This particular Dunkin has a great staff, fast service and always fresh coffee. A little bit of coffee shop vibe. Best outdoor seating area of any Dunkin I've ever been to.
Walked in the door at around 8:30pm (store closes at 9) and the worker, who clearly has never been trained in customer service, practically shoved us out of the door with a rolling trash can. She said the store was closing and that she wouldn’t serve us. I rarely ever write poor reviews, but her demeanor and attitude were completely uncalled for. Please reevaluate your staff.
This place is very poorly managed. Though the employees have always been polite, the service is typically slow and they never know what promotions they have going on. The employees don't wear masks, even when they are mandated. I watched a visibly ill employee, with no face covering, cough right by the donuts and right into her hands, then proceed to continue ringing people up and touching food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. This is not okay. Do better.
