Crafty Burger antiquity. on June 11 when we picked up our food it was like they poured water all over it the buns were nothing but much. Called to let them know what happen they said we can come back and pick up new food but we declined. would told to call back and speak to a certain manager it took me three separate call to get a hold of the right manager. I told her what happened she graciously refunded the whole bill I thought she would replace my meal but no she only gave us $10 which will not even cover the cost of one menu item very disappointed in this location. Not very good customer service to get the loyal customers to come back in.

First time here; really didn't know what to expect. The burgers were outstanding, the fries too. The Mac n cheese was nearly room temperature. But the taste was phenomenal.
Very good food and friendly service! We had the melt and the Carolina burgers with sides of salad, apple slaw, onion rings and fried mushrooms.
We ordered door dash and received our order. One of the hamburgers was not cooked. I called the restaurant to let them know and the only thing they could do is make another hamburger and I could come pick it up. The point of doing doordash was not to leave the house. We have been there plenty of times and know how the burgers are cooked.
Never had a burger yet… the Cobb salad is so go I just keep ordering it. Service for takeout is quick and the bartender is super friendly.
This was the second time I visited the first time was fine nothing special I left a 4 star review. This is my new review from 02/05/2022 wow ordered a grilled cheese sandwich the cheese wasn't melted had Mac and cheese as the side. It was half white wine...it tasted horrible inedible. My wifes chicken sandwich was dry as sand but my burger was fine. Yes it was a pick up order they said 10 to 15 minutes I was there in under 10 my food was sitting waiting for me...weird. I doubt I'll be going back.
My burger was very good. I got the Aloha burger and it was very juicy. I also enjoyed the onion rings.
The burger and chicken sandwiches were good. It was nice to get 2 sides per entree instead of the usual one. There were interesting sides that all turned out great. Our server and the staff were very nice and attentive as well.
