Chattanooga TN, went to cookout about 15 years ago was great, hamburgers patties were like homemade on the grill, nice size patties, was worth the money. Returned to a cookout today, and worst hamburger I ever eat. Ordered a double cheeseburger with only onions. I would be willing to bet their wasn’t even 2 ounces of meat, and was a double. MC Donald’s has more meat on their burgers and only a single. Don’t know how they went down hill so bad but will never eat at one again.
Cookout in Elkin NC awful service, extremely rude staff, food is mediocre at best. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and this is not how you treat customers. Get a better staff if you want this cookout to stay open.
Your memphis locations are a joke. Rude staff. Don’t take debit cards apparently at night. No sodas. Tried 2 different locations and same story.
Well this is a new Cookout but it was the best one we’ve eaten at. Went it to dine, food was prepared to order and was hot and fresh. Best peanut butter banana shake I have ever had! Well done!
Just don't ask for corn dogs.I asked for two corn dogs as a side of two different plates. One didn't come with any corn dogs. The other plate came with two of the saddest looking corn dogs pictured here...Otherwise, it's cheap good food that makes you hate yourself.
I don’t like my onion rings and cheese bites together in one side bag. Now I feel like I’m missing a side on my tray.
Have eaten at cookouts all over the southeast. Consistently good food and quick service.
How do people live on this? Cold food after waiting in drive thru for 20min. Gross is the best description of what this place is. None of the workers wear mask or gloves. I will never return to this establishment.

It was the best visit ever and I'm gonna tell all of my closest friends. The manager Eric was extremely helpful with suggestions for something new to try. We will go back
