Had lunch with my Sister at the new Chick Filet in Cornelius, N.C. and it was a delicious treat!I had the Chicken nuggets and a small cup of their awesome Chicken Noodle soup with a diet lemonade...it sounds like a weird combination but it was Good! We ordered, paid, and had a seat..at a extremely clean eating area...then an associate brought us our food order...and asked if we needed anything else...Polite,and accommodating nice people at that location!Go try them out!!!?
Always a great experience at this chic fil a!! They always have my food ready fast and it's always fresh! I would eat there everyday if I could!

The food was good and service was quick. We had a big order and they got everything correct. I liked that they communicated when they were getting our order (the food came before the drinks). Also, there was an older woman working and she was exceptional in her customer service. Great personality ?
Such a clean and friendly location. We loved Ms.Julie, she was very friendly and she was doing doing her job with great passion! I think every one in the hospitality business has a lot to learn from her.
We placed order on mobile order for breakfast and got to Chick-fil-A before the cut off but was in line waiting when we got up to speaker they checked us in and we pulled up then the manager came out to inform us he canceled our order because we checked in at 10:32 and breakfast was over and we said we were here before then but in line waiting and he said unfortunately cut off is at 10:30 and then he didn’t offer us anything or an apology or anything and we had to sit in line for another 10 minutes before we could get out. I haven’t ever had a bed experience at Chick-fil-A until this one. Will not ever go there again.
Great store. I ordered 30 biscuits for work, but I did not complete the order correctly on my phone. I came to pick them up, and they were caught by surprise. They were very accommodating and fulfilled the order much faster than I thought even possible.
In my area there are a lot of Chick-fil-A companies that seem to be getting relaxed on quality of service.However, this Chick-fil-A is now one of my top. I can't explain the renewed faith I have. I know it's hard to get people to work and with this being a newer restaurant to get those positions filled I was worried they too were not going to provide the great quality we have grown to love from this company. Which was definitely not the case here. I'll definitely be back!
