I will not eat at this bojangles again. Customer service and product were not good. Waited in drive-through line for ~10 minutes without movement before going inside. Waited at the counter for another 2 minutes (even after my presence at the register was acknowledged) before the cashier came up informing me that they were out of biscuits. Instead of ordering a chicken biscuit I ordered the chicken sandwich so to not have to wait even more. I received my food immediately but it took another minute to get an employees attention to ask for condiments. When I got in the car and opened the sandwich it was drenched in mayonnaise (at least 3 packets worth of mayonnaise). Having no napkins in the bag (which I will admit could’ve been on me for not grabbing any on my way out), I scrapped the excess Mayo off. Finally when I bit into the sandwich is was cold and a quarter of the sandwich was just breading and no meat.I personally think that the bojangles biscuit is the best biscuit but if bojangles wants to compete with other chicken companies (especially in this area) they are going to have to step up there game.
This place has gone to crap. Second time in a row they don’t have any white meat. There’s a reason there drive through is relatively empty while everyone around them is packed. I’m done with them!
So my bf and I always come to this Bojangle’s when we are otw to work on the mornings. Every time we have came here the lady at the window has an attitude, but I’ve never said anything till today. My bf orders his food and she says, “Anything else?” As I’m telling him to order the same thing for me which took 2 secs and he starts to say my order she cuts him off and says, “$3.07.” My bf is very kind and non confrontational so he kindly says, “I’m not done.” She then proceeds to yell at him through the intercom so I said, “Uhm, excuse me who are you talking to?! He was giving my order.” She proceeds to yell at us and be disrespectful. I get out of my car and walk up to the window to speak to her and she’s flicking me off at the window, the stud comes running up in my face along with the other girl in the drive thru window. This is THE WORST service I have ever received in my life! I see multiple people have complained about this lady and I have no doubt it’s the same lady. She chose her job at Bojangle’s, it’s not my fault she hates her life and decided to work here instead of getting a better job. It’s customer service, you CANNOT talk to people however you feel. She needs to be fired!
Chicken in bisquit was raw
One of the older style Bojangles but one of the best cared for around. Food is always very good.
I ordered the Family meal *8 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, macaroni and cole slaw. I was really hungry. Waiting on my dog at the groomer I decided to open the box and this is what I saw. Burnt, hard chicken and biscuits. Outdated coleslaw. I immediately went back to Bojangles and the cashier stated sometimes that's how it is. I demanded my refund. She had an attitude and she told me she needed to make a copy of the receipt. She brought me back a copy and told me to dispose of the box chicken. Whomever is the lead person should have made a decision to dispose of all the chicken, biscuits and coleslaw. I volunteer at the Bank of American stadium at the Bojangles for my daughter school and we will never serve burnt chicken.!
Worst service. We ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, got an egg and cheese biscuit. We ordered the meal, we got NO drink. The side was fries, they literally took fries and threw them in the bag, over the sandwich. It was the worst service we have ever seen. We won't be going to that location ever again. You all should be ashamed of the service and you owe us money due to getting the wrong sandwich and no drink.
They were out of the Cajun fish sandwich so I got the regular fish sandwich and a med fries. I took one bite of the crusty dry old fish sandwich and threw it out, o and thanks for giving me about 9 fries.
Bojangles what can I say about the better Popeyes.... If Like Popeyes Your Love Bojangles!!Even though they need to make their new chicken sandwich bigger
Yesterday I drove thru to pick up an 8 pc dinner- I got 2 legs, a thigh (?) and 2 breasts. That makes 5 - where were 3 pcs missing. My order also included cole slaw, mashed potatoes and 4 biscuits plus a half gallon of ice tea. ALL this for $27.00 . I only ate half. Today the biscuits were like hockey pucks. The chicken was dry and the ice tea was only flavored water. However it all came in a nice sturdy box. I think this a awfully high price for what I got.
