How ironic that I go there today with a "Make it Right" card & they literally get everything wrong? I'm passed the wrong drink, the girl takes it back & is sternly told not to take anything back through the window (which I understand due to covid), then I'm passed my bag that's missing fries. I look at my gyro which I ordered with no lettuce, tomatoes or onions & ALL of that is on it. I'm guessing a lead or manager noticed when I got my bag & looked at it how my face was, she came running to the window while I asked what in the world is going on in there for everything to be wrong today? She told me just pull up front while everything is brought to me fresh. Was it not fresh before? I honestly don't think the girl who took my order took it correctly because this is terrible! The blond lady who's a lead/manager, whatever she is, has a tinge of attitude with how she speaks with you. Like she's always irritated or aggravated. I noticed that the last time I came here. The young lady who brought my order out was very pleasant and apologetic when it wasn't even her fault at all & my order was finally correct. What a visit!
Was greeted warmly by the General Manager, Katie(Katy?). Her charisma made her come off very warm and inviting and she was very focused on making sure everything I needed was taken care of.It was busy when I drove through, but her and the team she has inside were running through cars with speed and accuracy. The Arby's that I frequent on East Independence Blvd is always understaffed (Maybe 1 or 2 people in the building at most during rushes) and it can take up to 15 minutes for food to be made.I'll just take this as credit that Katie motivates her crew and keeps them energetic even when it's hard. I know not all customers are easy to deal with.
Just a great place. Tried the Ruebin sandwich, definitely will have again.
On April 1st, ran through the drive thru to get two fish sandwiches. Both buns were smashed and the fish were cold. The fries were also cold and seemed like they were sitting for a while. Surprising because this was at 5:30 on a Friday night. The food should have not been cold. Overall not a great experience. I only live 1.5 miles from the restaurant.

That Restaurant Is Clean and Not so Busy and they Have drink choices and I love they're Chicken Tenders and Fries and Dessert they're yummy it's a great fast food. Clean restrooms.
Arby's is always delicious. They were friendly and very quick with my order.

This is the second time in 3 weeks I haven't gotten what I ordered and them trying screwing up my order or not listening to me when I say I don't want a certain size.Most recently yesterday 11/06/21 around 2:25 p.m. we were in dark silver kia optima. We went through the drive thru. We had ordered the double roast beef sandwich meal , the 9pc chicken meal and a kids meal. He asked if we wanted the extra large drink we said no just regular size. He said okay and the total came $23.We got our, food and checked it, we noticed there was only 6 out the 9 pc chicken wings, missing a set of fries , there was a extra large soda and regular size, also missing the milk from the kids meal. So we tell him that he seemed kinda in a daze and just looked at us a first then said uh okay uh sorry, he brings the fries and said sorry about that. We said what about the 9 pc chicken wings you only gave us 6pc? We ordered the 9 pc chicken wing meal , missing the milk?. He just simply said well heres your fries to that meal. It felt like we weren't being heard and that he did not to want to fix the order. We just ended up trying to correct him and our order as we had to get going to a funeral.Paid $23 to only receive half my order depite trying a few times to correct him. Needless to say I won't be back to this location I'll take the time to drive to mooresville to order from there since that one has been great
