Pulled through the drive thru and nobody was there so I figured they were only doing “online orders” like they were the last time I went by. So I pull up to the window and asked if they can just make me a drink. She told me NO. Despite her telling me that online wasn’t working. She literally would not walk 2ft away to ice and drink machine and make a drink for a customer. Short staffed or not, that is completely horrible customer service!!!
Hello is anybody out there? Why have business when you can't take drive through order! Just put a closed sign on the door for sale!
I was lied to when I ordered, inside the store!I ordered a cob salad but was told they were out of salad. Reluctantly I changed my order.The next customer behind me online was up to order and announced that he had ordered a salad on line. Long story short, I watched them make his salad and present him with itBEFORE I received my food that I changed to after I was told "no more salad". Additionally was in that store for 22 minutes ordering and waiting for my food
Ebonee (excuse my spelling if incorrect) was so kind today. She informed myself and one other guest that they only had 2 people working in the whole store and my heart goes out to y’all. Thank you so much for doing what you do, and I’m sorry for those who are rude. I’ve worked in customer service and it’s hard to stay positive but she was so awesome. Stay safe y’all.

Food was good but I asked to go big and the fries were not doubled. Disappointed.
Great service via drive thru. I'm big on eye contact which the young lady that took my payment never did... but she was courteous. We were asked to drive around and park in "space 2" because I think they cook their food when ordered and 3 cars were waiting behind me and food wasn't ready. Fine with me. Everything was delicious. I do wish they would ask if you want zaxbys sauce or another flavor instead of assuming. Anyway. I'll be back!

WHY DOES EVERY ZAXBYS SUCK NOW! When I worked here years ago we actually cared about line time! I waited in the drive through over 20 minutes just to be told to pull up and I've been waiting over 10 minutes so far for salad!
