Bro it shouldn’t take 35 minutes to get some food through the drive thru.. like WHAT? I don’t know what your system is; but it is NOT working. Like fast food is supposed to be semi quick right? Or am I just rude for thinking that. Probably was closer to 45 minutes when I actually got my food. Gas is WAY to expensive to be sitting there wasting a quarter tank just idling.. just waiting. To get fast food lol. Nope. Never again. Poor. Management.EDIT: Uppn editing food when I got home, (30 seconds away) this food taste old, like it was cooked hours ago, and microwaved. Will be coming back tomorrow for a refund.
Terrible place to work. No professionalism. Managers favorite other employees and only let certain people get breaks before others eventhough other people have worked longer and got there earlier. You are only promised a 15 minute break if you are lucky no matter how many hours you work. For example, if you worked 8 hrs. you might get a 15 min break or not any break at all - which is illegal by the way.
This zaxbys is the worst location I've ever been to, its not even close. Came today, they weren't busy at all and said I must come in to order my meal. You can communicate through the drive through but not take my order. The time before I went they said I must order online only..this place is a joke....its astonishing that an adult is in charge. If I owned zaxbys this location would be held accountable, they're ruining your reputation at one single restaurant..look at the other reviews, its the same issues. I've been to other zaxbys and it's never been a problem.
It looks like this place hasn't been cleaned in months. Trash everywhere and water leaking from the ice machine. The food was cold and old tasting. I love zaxby's but they need to close this one .
I would give it 2.5 stars. One is because the chicken tenders and the fries are with seasoning and salt, two you might want to call and ask how long it would take before going through the drive-thru, you would be lucky to be in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and three they sometimes get the order wrong. I personally like going here unless they give me Ranch instead of Spicy Zac sauce.
Updating my review since I cannot reply. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because when I left this review the drive thru workers didn't seem to be in the best mood. I understand the industry can be trying at times, the way customers can be and just getting busy in general. However, looking like you hate the world and giving minimum effort at your job ruins the mood for people interacting with you. The food is awesome, I get traditional wings and things which sometimes bites me in the a** because some times I get the littlest amount of meat on them kinda ruining it no matter the location, it's happened at them all. This location is pretty clean too and moves quickly. Even in a drive thru, customer service is important to me and I don't want to feel like a burden when it's the job you chose. I will return to this location and hope that the experience is better next time.
I have never had this consistently bad of an experience at a fast food restaurant. Every time I go I’m waiting for my food for at least half an hour, half of the time when I do get my food the order is wrong. Genuinely terrible experiences all around.
Very good Zaxby’s. Chicken fingers are decent. Get the sauce. My wait was pretty short, a lot of people complained about it but I guess they just went during rush hour.
I personally LOVE zaxby’s, and it was a favorite of minds growing up. This zaxbys is my least favorite in the whole state of North Carolina. This one is always closed for absolutely no reason. There’s always a long wait for my food and the food is usually cold. It looks like there is barely any employees inside of the fast food restaurant. I think this Zaxby’s should be shut down because of how TERRIBLE it is.
Love Zaxby's but this location is absolute dog water. DO NOT do curbside here, you will either be robbed of your money or time (what's even the point then?) If you sit at the drive thru, you will be wasting your time. If you order curbside, they'll make you wait in the line anyway. There's a Chic-Fil-A and a Wendy's (both super busy) that push traffic through faster than this place. This place is mismanaged with bottom-of-the-barrel staff. Don't waste an iota of your existence on this location.
