Giving this place 3 stars based solely on their customer service and competence when it comes to handling guest situations. I ordered a 30 piece boneless wings family meal, with 3 bbq sauces, 4 younger torch, and 4 sweet and spicy sauces. Then when I got to the window and paid, I asked to add 4 more sweet and spicy sauces and gave the girl at the window another dollar bill for the sauces. Well I waited about 23 minutes for my food. Was fresh, but I was missing 4 sweet and spicy sauces. Told the guy that was running food this, and he ran back in to get them for me. A minute or so later comes back out and says they gave me my sauces. I told him they forgot 4 more sweet and spicy sauces. Then he runs back inside, comes back out a minute later telling me the back said they put my 8 sweet and spicy in the bag. Long story short I had to go in and demand my 4 other sauces or my dollar back. It was ridiculous!!!
Quality has tanked pretty hardcore since covid. Still one of the better zaxbys. Great staff
Everything is perfect, prices could be more competitive but this is fast-casual service style so you pay extra for the quality and service. Great for sauce and flavor lovers, and you're gonna pay that 25¢ for the extra sauce, or you ain't getting it. Dine in for the best experience. ~$30 for 3 people.
My son is diabetic and his numbers are always good after eating one of their large chicken sandwiches and splitting an order of fries. I attribute this to the huge piece of chicken ? that they serve on all the sandwiches. Good choice if you have to watch your sugar.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed a $150 order yesterday for my company to be ready for today at 11:30am. My coworker just went to pick it up and they said they have no record of an order being placed. We gave the order #, the name on the order, and the location is this location on Copperfield, and they again said they have no record. We paid online. This is the second large order I have placed with this specific Zaxbys. We will not be using them again. The management is extremely poor. They did not offer to make the order for us.
This location typically has good service. Food is always good and the restaurant is always clean. They get pretty busy and backed up at times. Have only had a couple of times that the order wasn't right through drive thru.
Went through the drive through and the lady at the window was so nice and courteous. The food was piping hot at 9pm! Good job ?
Lady in the drive through kept rushing my order. I was discussing with my children what they wanted to eat and next thing I knew it was being added to my order. I asked her several times to give me a moment. ultimately I was not happy with the order but I was ready to feed my kids and get out of there
The staff is very friendly. However disappointed that they discontinued the southwest salad. The chicken on my wife's salad was burnt. I ordered chicken tenders and they tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil. Not tasty at all. I couldn't eat eat. I eat my fries. But the overall quality isn't good at all. Instead of complaining and causing a scene, we threw it away and left. I don't think we will be back. I have had better quality chicken in other restaurants.
Food was good. One big chicken sandwich with fries and drink. All I could eat. Very tasty. I did not like eating in my car. Only drive thru..
