Dont you ever hate on Lotus Express. FAVORITE CHINESE PLACE EVER. Im in love with this place. No joke. I came to the mall just for Lotus.

I hate to give 1 star - the food was absolutely terrible, but the customer service was excellent. The fried rice has no flavor - it tastes like unseasoned white rice. The General Tso's chicken is by far the most disgusting I have ever eaten - I honestly have no idea what I was eating. It had a weird taste to it. The Bourbon chicken is boring and very under seasoned. If you are looking for Asian food, look elsewhere.

Food is not fresh! I took two bites of my bourbon chicken and threw it in the trash!! I will not eat here again.
NO! Stop! This is not even considered good Chinese food. I only went here once and I have learned a good lesson. Never, ever again!!! Save your cash and go!! No wonder they beg for people to eat their food....
Horrible customer service. How am I supposed to know what I want as a first time guest with only one sample? They are rude. The food didn’t look that great. Will drive 30 minutes to South Park mall for better food and service.
Good food, little communication barrier but you can work it out.
The only place I've found in the Charlotte area that has real "SPICY" Kung Pao. And the flavor is very good. Especially for the price.
