I’ve heard their food is great, although I can’t speak from experience since they don’t know how to take orders on time. Stood there for 15 minutes and all it was “I’ll be right with you” Decided on just going to zaxby’s since they have wings too. Unfortunately I am not able to vouch for this wingstops’ food because of their terrible speed of service. Total waste of gas if you don’t have an order placed 30 minutes to an hour before your arrival.
I miss the days when WingStop was exclusive.. only could get it in select cities. Anytime I was passing through Gainesville I’d stop in.. would drive t45 mins to Tampa just to get some. Sad to be even leaving this comment because I’ve been an avid WingStop supporter for 10+ years (not just the food but the overall brand). Over the years the quality and freshness has dropped drastically. Rather in Renton, Charlotte, Florida, Texas… it’s just plain bad. This is my 5th visit in a row that I was severely disappointed. Waiting 20 mins use to ensure freshness, but that’s changed. This had to be the worst experience thus far. The ratings on this place are very accurate. Quality over quantity, sometimes less is more. Good bye forever WingStop!
Ordered Togo the 2ladies working tonight where great. The place was clean and they seemed to be hard workers. I’m so glad this place is turning around

I found the cashier to be quite aloof and more concerned about his crew sitting at a table eating french fries. Although that did not bother me as much, what I cannot allow to slide by is that my order was for 10 traditional wings. It turns out that there were only 6 wings received in the little box. I did not open the bag until I arrived home, only to find out that I'd been cheated. Gas is WAY too expensive to go chasing 4 wings. However, it's not too expensive for me to write this review and to NEVER got back to this particular Wingstop, or any of them, again.
He just stood there while was locked out and wouldn’t let me pick up my order. He had the music so loud I had to bang on the window. I just left and got my money back. Won’t be back but I’m sure you don’t care! Lol
i order 10 wings they wasn’t dipped all the way and i also order 5pc cajun corn and it was burnt and didn’t taste nothing like cajun
I don't see a whole lot of positive reviews here, but my experience was pretty decent. The cashier did a great job of getting my order, taking money and the order came out correctly. Food temperature was fantastic, and the wings themselves were great. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked, not sure why the reviews aren't good here, my experience was decent.
I had a doordash order, scheduled pick-up was 6:20. The order was apparently missed, I get it. But instead of correcting their error, they went on to complete 5-6 other orders. Meanwhile, I'm waiting 45 minutes for them to complete the order they missed, and was nonchalant about the situation, without any urgency, concern or courtesy for the customer. In addition to that, they had nothing but diet beverages in the soda machine! And, the cashier stated, no one knew how to refill it...On a regular, I frequently place an order from this location. Well, they just lost a customer!
