I went to pick up an order to be delivered for the store and there were people in line that had not ordered yet receiving their order before I got my DoorDash order… They ordered after I got there and still got their order first. Don’t pick up an order from this place unless they’re not busy because they will handle the customers inside the store first before they handle your delivery order
I think they tried to simplify the menu by taking away many of the toppings. There are few options now.Also the new bread is not as good. We used to go here once a week, but after the past couple times, we won't be back unless they go back to better quality and options. It will be another sub shop for me.
First and last visit. I went in with great hopes of an amazing sandwich shop. There were no customers and it took 20 minutes for a regular sub with two people. They were not rude nor friendly. Just there. Trash over flowing and very dirty (see photos). Opinions are subjective but the camera shows no bias.
I ordered a sandwich and a milkshake from this place. I will never eat here again. I waited while the employees talked. My food was not made the right way they made my chocolate milkshake dinner then milk literally had no chocolate ice cream in it. Do not waste your money and go. Waste of money
1. Wait staff was rude. The only words spoken to me were the total of the order. No eye contact, no greeting, nothing. Staff took a very long time to even acknowledge we were standing there.2. Menu is pointless. When you order the "Signature" sandwich, you would think it would come with the things menu lists. No. You get two of the four meats listed on the menu and one of the three cheeses. No lettuce, tomato, onion or mayo. Sandwich was dry.3. Service was very slow. Two sandwiches took nearly 20 minutes. I get there is a shortage of workers right now, but other restaurants in the mall area are handling it much better. At the very least be friendly and I'll understand.Speaking of other restaurants in the mall area, do yourself a favor and go to any other sandwich place (Jason's Deli, Jimmy John's, Firehouse, Subway, even QT would beat this). This location is a like a more expensive, more rude, slower Subway except you can't get anything on your sandwich.
Food was great and the only person working for the 30 customers in the place was doing everything she could to stay caught up. She was amazing but we seriously felt bad for her to not have any help on a busy Saturday?? The management of this facility must be absolutely awful as this is not the first time we’ve seen this happen here. The employee deserves a 5 star rating, but the facility and management does not deserve the same review.
Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I was skeptical because the what I assumed was the manager was complaining about how much she hated being in food. Loud enough for everyone to hear her. I just hope she finds something she will be happy with.
While the sandwich was good the service positively was atrocious!! My daughter received her shake 10 minutes before I did, and pathetic staff didn't care. What makes it worse is that the next customer came in 6 minutes after our order and received her food when I finally received my shake. The manager just sat there on her computer not even caring, so it is no surprise why the staff could care less also...
Order was wrong order 2 bags of jalapeño chips and an order of fries... what I got was 3 bags of sea salt and cracked pepper... the meatball sub was not good ... the grinder was also very disappointing so was the milkshake ... definitely will never order from. Here again. 1 n done
