Food is good, but I think they should definitely remodel a bit. The interior is a little outdated and it needs a little love.
I hadn't been here in years and stopped while shopping downtown, they were quick and the food was good. Not as great as 10 years ago, but that's to be expected. The interior is definitely outdated, but was really clean!
Service and personality was great my only problem was I don't put mayonnaise on my hamburger ketchup only and I didn't know it was mayonnaise on it so I had to throw half of it away and $8 for lunch and I'm throwing it in the trash
My husband works at the construction site next door. While I was bring material to them, he and I decided to get lunch together here. Well I ate and he just got coffee. I got the What-A-Cheese burger, add Mustard, Onion and Ketchup. I was not expecting an entire slice of onion on the burger. I didn't mind since I love onions. The burger was tasty. The only issue i had with my service was the slowness. I placed my order... 1 burger 1 cup of coffee. A lady came in afterwards placed an order for 3 different people. Some how her order was up and out the door before mine was. It wasn't busy since the lunch hour had passed. Not sure if they had to go and kill the cow before making my burger. Again the flavor and size was good, my only problem was the wait for one burger.
Burger was unseasonably stiff, staff was nice, did not have anyone cleaning.

Great old fashioned burger! The food gets a 4.5 out of 5. The service and attitudes get a 1. Our cashier was neither pleasant or helpful but rude and unpleasant. I witnessed a customer with a problem that she deflected and then blamed the customer for the problem. I ordered drinks that she never gave me ,and when my order arrived, I asked about our drinks. She said that she made them! ( She didn’t!) Poor attitude! It was lunchtime and moderately busy, but if this is your job, then one could assume that you should be used to the business.
Great breakfast!! My bff have enjoyed eating great meals here, recently found breakfast very tasty and ENJOYABLE! We love lunch here as well.Great What-A-Hamburgers and fries. We find friendly staff and clean dinning room. Colorful Season decorations. Cheerful atmosphere. Always enjoy time together eating here. We look forward to our next visit.
Was our first time having Whataburger and we loved it! The staff were friendly and the food was awesome. I wish all fast food places had food this good. We also loved the sauces! My favorite was the honey butter sauce ?.
