*** DO NOT WORK HERE ***101 Commercial Drive across the street has absolutely terrible management that just searches for reasons to fire you and assumes that you aren't doing work even if you are. 85-91 degrees temperature doesn't help either. Treat your workers better. Replace management if they are disrespectful like this. Absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed to call yourself a manager. Do not abuse positions of power. It only shows people your character or should I say lack of it.*** DO NOT WORK HERE ***
Let me start off by saying I had the best experience for a first time pickup at this location. When you pull in stop at the line, walk to check-in (it's the door on the right even though it says receiving on the building shipping is also in that facility), there's a radio to contact shipping and a slip to fill out with your information (if you're shy on a radio or don't feel comfortable its all good. When you push the button on the side say "shipping you got a copy" and go from there), and then they'll come down and give you instructions on what to do. You do have to disconnect from your trailer, chock the wheel, and they put a red air line lock on. When they are finished they'll bring out your paperwork and seal the trailer. I arrived early and left before my scheduled appointment time. Thank you Westrock coffee!!! No room for overnight parking. There is a portable restroom. Drive safe drivers!!
A little bit slow, but nice guys
I don't recommend working here, company employees falsify electronic documents, including management.

A good friend by the name Creswell works here; unless retired. Just remember put safety first. Meaning 0 tolerance to pollution is the goal. God Bless!!
Delicious coffee
Service is not good have been waiting too much for them to take care of a coffee makerTook over a month to fix the tea machineOnly found one lady on the phone worth talking to she's the only one that tried to help
What a waste of a day. All I have time for now is to get to a truck stop. There workers are slow
Picked up a load out of Folger's in New Orleans, couldn't get S & D to confirm any appointment time. So I just showed up at 0700 hoping for the best. Nobody there knew anything about my load. Thankfully the lady that drove the forklift told me to go ahead and get in the dock and she would unload me and the office could figure it out later. You never see that happen. Was unloaded and gone in less than an hour. Receiving docks are a pain in the @$$. No room and pretty much have to blind side in. The people were wonderful, doubt you could take a break there.
