Nasty!! They need to burn this Wendy's down and start over. The whole restaurant stinks. Everything in the restaurant was dirty, the floors were filthy, sticky, tables dirty, the drink machine smelled like mold, the bathrooms had pubic hair on the toilet seat, there was pee on the floor. Just overall everything was gross. The drink machine had no carbonation coming out with the drinks and the tea tasted like it was several days old. Very disgusting!!
I ordered ahead using the mobile app, then went into the store and waited 15 to 20 minutes, to pick up my order. I asked the cashier if my order was almost ready she told me that my order hasn't even been made yet, The manager then peaked around the corner and informed me that there were orders that came through the drive thru that needed to be made before she could make a mile order. I ordered my food 10 minutes before I had arrived at the store so so a 40 minute wait and still no food very unprofessional. I only ordered 2 hamburgers.
My wife and I just sat in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes without having our order taken or otherwise being acknowledged. To be clear, we were the ones at the order window.This is ridiculous and unacceptable, especially when the line wraps into the road on 29.Edit: Tried it again since we really like Wendy's food. Guess what? We sat here for 10 minutes. Nothing. Nada. If you love waiting for food that is cold, this is your location.
Went for lunch. Not busy. My food was touched my 2 people NOT wearing gloves and 1 was the cashier who touches the register, money, and many other things. No care to not actually touching the food that I will eat. The self-serve soda machine was filthy! Not impressed.
Went there for breakfast today, the lady at the window was super nice and fast. My butter chicken biscuit and fries/hash browns was hot and very tasty. I will be honest I haven't really seen this at no fast food since covid. Most are rude and don't care and food has been substandard, they all use covid as a excuse for everything. Highly recommend this Wendy's.
The food was ok, could've had better customer service. The one taking the order as well as the money had an absolute terrible attitude. Sat in the drive thru for almost an hour. I've worked fast food it's not hard. Also it's not hard to have a better attitude. Also seen everyone just standing around as well.
I understand that everything is a little slow at the moment due to lack of staffing, however me as a single person could make meals for 3 cars worth of people in a span of 47 minutes. I don't know what they ordered but I didn't realize at the time of my arrival that I had the family from cheaper by the dozen 3 in the car in front of me.... 47 minutes..... seriously guys what are you doing in that kitchen. I don't know and apparently neither do they.....
This is like my 5th time in a row that my food has either been messed up or plain out burnt. Staff is rude and very lazy. Don’t eat here . It’s a waste of money
We like the food and service at this Wendy's and decided to get a quick breakfast sandwich. They were tasty and on at a great price. The service was as usual helpful and friendly. Never had an unpleasant experience here.
The worst location I've been to. The line was forever and when we get to the order window the person didn't understand the menu. And they left food off our order. Definitely won't be going back to this location.
