What can you say its the waffle house always good
Ms. Brenda is by far the BEST SERVER that I've encountered in a while!! Her and the cook Sam were the only ones working Sunday night, and they were GREAT!! I will definitely be back (on Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday)! Thanks again Ms. Brenda!
This place was absolutely filthy inside. The waffle maker was covered in dirt. Please clean this place more often and the service was so slow . So I walked out
This place is nice to eat at. The food is ready in a reasonable time. The staff is attentive. Maybe too attentive. Coffee stays full and water is topped up.While these aren't a bad thing it could be an issue for others. I for one enjoy the constant flow of liquid refreshments. However if you have a mouth full of the fresh cooked food it's difficult to say " no thank you" without spewing food everywhere.Outside of this there is a small gap in cleaning/bussing after the patrons leave. I understand things get busy. Sure it's easy to overlook. But all in all it's not a dirty location. If you're here on race day or want to just pop in for a good cup of coffee, please do so.Cheers!
My boyfriend and I have been to this Waffle House since it’s open! Customer service is always amazing! Ms Gina is an absolute sweetheart she’s one of our favorite servers definitely deserves a raise! The cooks are also some of the best in the Charlotte concord area! The only thing is recently they never answer the phone for takeout but other than that it’s a great place.
This place is disorganized... came in to place a to go order and waited for 30 min....during that time hthere was 1 individual who came in after me who place a to go order and left with his order before I even received my order. Then a few minutes later the employee decided to place a sign at front door that they are only doing to go orders...still at 45 min waiting for my order
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We waited for over an hour on a table, to finally walking out frustrated. Between one server lacking the ability to clean off a table for over 20 min, to people cutting in line and standing by a table taking claim to it. How is that even possible when you were in line first?!? For the server mention above, she was completely rude to the kitchen staff, and at one point she answers her cell phone and said “stop [email protected]&$ing calling”. Additionally it seemed the whole crew lacked the skills in moving folks out the door in a timely manor.
As an employee of Waffle House, some may think I'm gonna lie or sugar coat my review of our business but honestly i am not the type to stretch the truth or lie and deceive ppl.We are just about, if not the only restaurant open 24 hours since COVID began in 2020. We strive to provide our customers with fresh hot food quickly. Our store is usually clean but i will not say its perfect. Our restrooms are cleaned and sanitized daily on each shift. Yes there are times we get behind and it looks a mess but thats only bc we usually work our selves tirelessly till its clean. We have good food at a great price as well. I will say it would be nice if their was some kind of low card or diet type foods such as salads or wraps etc. We no longer have any type foods on our current menu. All in all my fellow employees and i do our best to make you, our customers happy so you leave with a smile on your face and want to return but dont take my word for it, come check it out for yourself!
This is the BEST Waffle House in the Concord-Huntersville area. Hell, in Charlotte!!! They are so friendly!!! The restaurant is kept clean! I'm very particular about friendliness and cleanliness. I know Waffle House gets busy, so I don't give any of them a hard time, but when I see them go out of the way to keep the Waffle griddles clean and their cooking areas clear, and the atmosphere is just so peaceful and welcoming. It just makes you want to dine in and not take out. I've been searching for a spot to call a favorite. I think I've found it.
Normally the food at waffle House is pretty decent however at this one the grits tasted terrible and so did the eggs. The waffles were pretty good and the bacon.
