Today we went to Twin Peaks Concord NC. Easily the worst visit yet, we have been there a few times before. Service Was good food was good, but the manager blew it. I think her name was Faye,she will never be my favorite.We asked if the window next to our table could be opened. Then a cavalcade of excuses started. it was too hot, it was getting ready to rain. It was cooler than the last time we were there and it still hasn't rained today. I thought the goal was customer satisfaction and a great dining experience. Well leave it up to Faye to make the whole thing a way less than pleasing visit. This visit was on Sunday June 26 around 2pm. We waited for the other diners to leave before we made our request, we did not want to disturb anyone else. Did I mention it was cooler than our last visit with a breeze out side, it was a cloudy day so where was all this heat she was talking about. She should focus on making the visit memorable for customers. I think the straw that broke it was Quote its my choice not yours.I wish I knew when she is working again, that day we might try Hooters.
Had a seat at the bar, service was decent food was pretty good and fresh cooked. Drinks were done good also and had some nice scenery while dinning
We were in Concord for the race at Charlotte Speedway. We decided to eat at Twin Peaks before going to the track. We wanted a window seat which is near the bar. Plus it’s a little more airy in that location. There are plenty of tv’s to keep you entertained too. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. I’m on a keto diet, so I got the Chicken Cobb salad. My son likes their burgers. The food was very good. We didn’t get desert. All together it’s a nice place for lunch or dinner. A lot of guys like this place, it’s the atmosphere I guess.
Browyne was truly an angel! She made sure I was good, and took care of me very well. I never had to wonder where she was or ask her for another round of drinks! Thank You for taking care of me! I will be looking for you again ?
Our waitress Mariah was attentive, super friendly, and patient while serving our 2 children. Will definitely request her next time we are back!
Michelle is a very nice bartender! She always makes us feel welcomed and speaks when we come in. She knows what we always get to drink. Finally some good customer service! Thanks for your awesomeness!
The Bartender experience was hands down once I got chosen to either sit at a Chair or a Bar. I choose to sit at a bar and was able to consume nearly 2 hours of my time worth of food and drinks. The two girls were remarkable and I did chat with them in little bits which provided so much remedy because their personalities have just made my day!!!!! The Burger was well done and did not notice any pink inside while eating. The Mozzarella Curds with Ranch Dressing were totally awesome and was worth the expense since I left them quite the tip. Will try to go every few weeks so that I will be awesome to the girls each time I will come here.
Went In for lunch. Destiny was my server. Food and service was amazing. Highly recommend visiting.
