Worst seafood plate ever. This was my first time ever eating 3 pieces of fish with no meat inside. Macaroni trash, then while leaving from the restaurant a worker slammed the door in my face with my hands full, rather than helping me out. Good price, bad product. I would highly recommend not going here!!!

The cook were awful complaining about there job and keep saying how they only had a hour before they close.This is in front of coustermers. The guy didn't keep his surface were he worked clean.The burger and fry were cold it was just aweful.I don't know how they stay open.The server complained about being there.You need a staff that cares about th business.
The salmon cakes were just like my grandma's! I will definitely eat there again.

I have been going to Troutmans for 40 years. I moved from Concord in 1987 but make a point to go back when I go to see family. I eat there about once every 2-3 months now but when I went there 3/2/22, I was very disappointed. The BBQ did not look nor taste the same and the red slaw has lost something in the taste. Not sure I will go back now. Bring Back your REAL BBQ and slaw and I might.
Went for the first time tonight with the family and it was top notch service, food and experience!! It’s been quite awhile since we’ve had a stellar dining experience and Troutman’s nailed it and then some. We are already planning to go back Thursday night Chicken and dumplings night ?.
Ate here 2 times lately! First my friend and I had the daily special, Meatloaf, with great potato salad, green beans, Hush Puppies! Was extremely great!! Second time went with another friend, we had BBQ SANDWICH WAS LARGE SANDWICH WITH RED SLAW!! I ATE MY WHOLE SANDWICH!! MY FRIEND TOOK PART OF HER'S HOME. WAS SLOW COOKED, SMOKED BBQ!! REALLY TASTY!!
Am from Stanly Cabarrus area now live in Catawba County and not 1 place even comes close to Troutmans. I was in concord last week and stopped at church st and got 2 large sandwiches and 2 BBQ salads it was so good I poked holes in Styrofoam plate trying to get every last bite just like always am going to drive the 80 miles tomorrow to get another order for myself and inlaws so they will know what the bomb bbq is. excellent as always
