A very beautiful restaurant in downtown concord. Easy to find. Parking wasn’t bad, plenty of spots near by and parking deck/lot. A mix of different Asian cuisines . My kids really enjoy their food, there is a kids menu. We had the dumplings, pho, hibachi and sushi. All were great! Highly recommend!!
It pains me to write this review because the people there are so nice. Unfortunately the food does not match the quality of their customer service. The servers were very friendly and attentive. As was the woman at the bar who I believe is the owner. I ordered a steak and scallops Teriyaki dish which had very little flavor. Although the plate was full there was very little meat and scallops. My wife had chicken pho which had some flavor but we couldn't identify much chicken in it. Overall a disappointing experience. I would probably write them a 2 if it weren't for the friendliness.
The decor was nice and the waiter was ok. Then we got our food, and it was downhill. The hibachi chicken gave you have a plate of rice and a pinch of chicken. Then when asked about the lack of meat, the food was brought back out by another employee who said, we don’t take food back. Whether it’s cold or not up to par. Stay AWAY!
The pho was okay, although the meatballs were disappointing. It was overall a restaurant with a nice atmosphere but could be better in terms of meals, plus the prices were good.
I am still in the restaurant… This sushi is GOOD! I got the Chef Exotic roll… OMG!! Very good!The ginger is even amazing here!!! The waitress was super sweet!I will definitely be back!I like the ambiance as well. Very laid back and quaint!
Had the tofu Pho. It was not great. Broth had no taste, had exactly nine pieces of small tofu in it. I was very disappointed. Was hoping for a good Pho place within walking distance. Basil was wilted and not plentiful. The cheese rolls appetizer was very good. The spring rolls were ok. The sauce for both of them was excellent. Service was adequate.
Best Sushi place we've found in the Concord area, ESPECIALLY for the great prices! Nice place for lunch too! The owner is so nice.Check them out!
February 2022:This is my second review. We were disappointed back in Nov with our first time, so we tried a second time. Friday we did take away lunch. (see 3rd pic). The portion size was small and didn't match the new higher prices. Yes the prices just went up on all dishes. The carrot side dish was like those discs we had back in elementary school, canned most likely. All the veggies were over cooked and floppy. Sad that this downtown spot hasn't improved it's quality. I don't recommend nor do I think we will go back.---Nov 2021:It is good to have a new variety menu in downtown. The takeaway service was good. food had good taste. However, the portion size was very small for the price charged. We may give it another shot soon. But if they don't offer more of a fuller meal it could turn us and others away.
Great food and service! From pho to Banh Mi to sushi, everything was tasty. It’s clean and has nice decorations as well. Definitely the best Asian spot in the area.
Decided to try this place after seeing it online, walked in and stood at the door waiting for service for 10 minutes. After watching the management hide in the kitchen, the clearly overworked bartender told us it would be a 45 minute wait and the dining room was FULL of empty tables. Wont be back.
