Beyond missing items(items) the food was the worst we've ever had horrible portions power bowl was half full and had only two small pieces of chicken box was missing almost everything chips were broken all up on top of the sign stating they are $1 and charged $1.79 then called to be told to drive back 20 mins each way and bring the food that we did receive as if I could make this up and have an already overly hungry family the whole reason we stopped here was to get quick food seriously bad idea
Online hours need to be updated! Went to this location and sat in line for 10 minutes only for an employee who nicely told us the manager said they were closed. I’m guessing they close at 10 but it was 5 minutes before 10. Usually fast food restaurants will see people until they actually close not cut off before they actually close! We were next in line!!
I tried the Chipotle chicken Taco and it was pretty good. Chicken was fresh. It was also hot surprisingly. I also had two biscuits which was really good as usual. Staff wasn't too bad either.
Stay out of the drive-thru and you will be good. It's faster to go in.
Every time I go to this location I specifically say crispy not original and I repeat it and they say we got it and every single time they give me original chicken.this got to be the worst location ever comprehension skills are horrible .we can't blame everything on COVID
The whole order was wrong except for my drink and this is not the first time. I would have given zero stars but it would not allow me
I ordered 2 burrito combos. A steak and a beef. Both were a soggy and sloppy mess. the steak didn't contain any steak. The ground beef wasn't worth eating and got trashed. I should have drove a little further for a real burrito. Never again will I stop at a Taco bell.

Update your hours if you are going to close early. Many companies are experiencing shortages due to the pandemic. Those of us traveling look on our phones for who is open before we take the exit. It was only 8:30 PM. Lucky for me this was a busy exit and other options were available.
Horrible long wait in the drive through to the point people are just getting out of the lines. When I got my food they asked ME to check if they put in everything and they had forgotten two drinks and the sauces I payed for.
