My experience at this Taco Bell was absolutely grotesque. To top off the experience of the night I went through the drive and asked for a BAJJAAAAA BLAST, I proceeded to the drive thru window and they handed me a raspberry Freeze. I had to correct them and then they told me “sorry the machine just broke” like really? Why even give me the wrong one. I just wanted my BAJAAAHAHA BLAST. ?
Honestly do not bother with this Taco Bell. Not sure who runs this place, but the man Walter I had a run in with today around 2pm should be fired. Very rude when asked even the simplest of questions about the menu. He brushes you off with an eye roll and a condescending tone like why are you bothering me. If you can't handle the public and your job, maybe get out of the fast food industry. The entire restaurant inside was disgusting. Every table was dirty and sticky. The floors were clearly not swept and mopped. The bathroom was unuseable due to how gross it was. The conversations being had by the back workers was just atrocious with the language they use and there is clearly no management that knows what they are doing there. Horrible experience all around. Do not waste your money at this place. Never been so disrespected by someone who lacked common sense in my life. Do better Walter or move along so someone can run this place smoother if you are a manager. Corporate needs to take a peek at this place on the low. Maybe then they'd have a better staff and attitude.
I spent 14 minutes parked at the drive thru menue waiting to place an order. All eleven cars behind me left. The staff were extremely rude and one lady even insulted me for asking her if I could place my order now. She said that a door dash order was the reason for the wait. I knew when I finally got to the window I was going to see hoodrats left to manage the building and I was right. They were laughing and making fun of me for being hungry. Afraid that they may have spat in my Burito Surpreme, I just turned into a gas and threw it in the trash. Bad employees can easily destroy a business. I will NEVER eat at this location again. I FEEL AS IF I'VE BEEN BENT OVER AND VIOLATED WITH NO GREASE AND A BUCKET OF SAND MIXED WITH FIRE SAUCE.

Walked in and the store was empty with no one at the drive thru line speaker. I immediately realized the young lady up front was leaning with her back towards the door and as soon as we walked in she walked away. Thought nothing of it as she stood there staring we were almost ready to order and she asked that we use the kiosk cause she “didn’t have anyone to take an order” yet wasn’t doing anything. Blew my mind. Walked out. Just didn’t understand any of that and or why. Oh well. Found it rude and left.
As an international traveler using a low value currency ( South African Rand 15,5 x for $1 ) This was the best value meal in USA so far. Restaurant was clean and neat and counter staff assisted with recommending this deal being unfamiliar with the menu and deals. Chalupa savings box, $5 Lots of complimentary condiments available, many different chilli sauces etc and drink seems to be bottomless, help yourself.
Do NOT go to this Taco Bell. The evening employees are rude and have attitudes and food is horrible. After spending $32 bucks on tacos, they all went in the trash! The meat was ice cold (what meat that was actually on there) and the lettuce looked like it had been frozen. It was literally see-through. Its a shame cuz we used to love Taco Bell but these employees have ruined it.
Literally the best Taco Bell always friendly when taking an order they never rush you and the food is always delicious I will forever go to this location always fresh , friendly and fast yall literally rock ❤️
2/4/22 like around 12:20 pm Try to place an order in drive thru and the lady told me that probably is going to take like 25 minutes to get it ready,I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager that they don’t got enough personal in the kitchen,if you don’t got any personal in the kitchen you should took the 2 employees that you were talking to in the window and put them in the kitchen,this is crazy drive thru was not working at all,I thought the morning shift was better but no anymore
This is our favorite TB to visit. They have missed some items on our orders the past few times we’ve gone so that’s why I give them 4 stars. Other than that, they are fast in the drive through and the workers are always nice and friendly towards us.
