The staff were very nice especially the gentleman running the cash register. Sure of his name but he was also I need was great came out exactly how I ordered it and came out fast
Spent 45 minutes in drive thru. Just to have to go in because they forgot part of the order.
Man, no matter how hard we tried to basically help the staff not screw up our order, they still did. I understand everywhere is short staffed, but we got the most basic order. My meal was 3 regular tacos, they forgot 1. My GF ordered fiesta potatoes, we were told they didn't have any fresh and we had to wait 3 minutes. 16 minutes later, they come out with our food. I asked "was the rest of the order just sitting while this was cooked, as we still have to drive home with the food?"... They tell us no, it all just came out. That was a lie, as the entire order is cold. No sour Cream on the Potatoes... There's literally 2 toppings - cheese and SC. How can u forget smthng so simple?Also, no straws for the drinks, no napkinsAnd again missing 1/3 tacos, entire $20 order (besides the fiesta potatoes) ice cold. Dinner basically ruined, what a great experience stopping here ?
Besieged I was at the reprehensible smell, That had befallen my nose this nightmare I must tell. For cheese, meat, and spice they do combine A scent such as this, never you will find. When I weave this tale of beans, sauce, and rice The aftermath...not pleasant nor nice. Quite like a dark roasted coffee, you must let it brew, Except for something this atrocious it takes an hour or two. A scent so pungent, putrid, and vile Theres no doubt, you'll smell it for a mile. One cheesy, beefy Frito burrito, and one steak quesarito it's not a lot, but it's just enough later on the toilet...well boy that's gonna be rough.
5 years I've given this place a chance. Yet a gain given me someone else food 'cheaper than I payed'. Normally I drive to the other taco bells at this point. But every now again I'll stop at this one hoping they have changed. Not screwing up orders, no sauce, no spork or it just looks like they pulled it out of the morning trash. This place need there name revoked. I have no idea how there still open. True statement..... here is my burritos. Yes I should of checked after the 2year old's yet again.The 5star ratings is fluff, five years I've near this place.
I order two BEEFY Burrito, so tell me how there’s more rice than beef? I understand there’s rice, sour cream, and cheese in it but it’s not difficult to put the one thing in it that it’s name after. Beef! That’s all I asked for.
Employees were in the kitchen within business hours. Set at the intercom for about five minutes asking is anyone there all the while they’re in the kitchen laughing and Cutting up
One star is was to much for my experience, Very disappointed set in a 30 min line and got to drive thru speaker and they basically said they was closed and turned down 13+ customers that got there at 7:30 just like myself. I have been supporting this business for 3+ years 2-3 times a week and I’m very unhappy at how I was just treated , I will be filing a complaint ASAP
