I have been reading a lot of the comments and wanted to write this to give an idea of how it was like for the employees since I worked here about a year ago... First of all I wanted to say I know the veggies don't always look the best, but actually it's not the employees fault, the owner literally threatened to take it out of our pay if we threw out any of the veggies no matter how bad they look... Sometimes my coworkers or I would try to throw some out hoping we wouldn't get a call later that day... Also from experience of working closing shifts by myself almost the entire day I can say with complete honesty we get tired. Now I know that doesn't mean we should take it out on customers but sometimes it's really hard to not completely fall apart or scream when you have to do all the dishes, prep, and make sandwiches all by yourself... Especially when the owner would sometimes call and say one thing or another wasn't done right... A lot of bad reviews should seriously be directed at that owner... I was not a fan of her she expected so much from us but never paid us enough. She is very stingy and honestly I hope she loses her license she treated us like servents. Also, if your not a fan of the wait time I'm sorry but you could really go somewhere else we weren't know for making subs fast. So most likely it may be a little slow
Something didn't taste right with the roast beef. My bread was stale. I got sick that evening.
Ordered online and, boom. Burnt all to pieces.
Always makes a good sandwich the only problem is they don't accept coupons that come in the mailers and Sunday paper.
The guy who made our sandwiches was blowing his nose before making our sandwiches and he did not wash his hands in between blowing his nose and making our sandwiches.
Not going back on this store. Ordered online. Walked in was expecting my order to be ready. Crew was unprofessional and very incompetent and rude. Took my order 45 mins to finish. Walked in first to the store. Was bypassed by 6 customers.

It's a sandwich place..nothing looked fresh..lettuce was brown..still hate they stopped having mushrooms..not a fan
The so called manager has one terrible attitude. Her tone of voice and how she handles customers is so unprofessional.
Service was a little slow. Friendly staff. But managed to get our order wrong. Food was good.
