I placed my order on their app then got a phone call they ran out of bread! Idk how a sandwich shop runs out of bread! Then to top it off the staff is unable or unwilling to refund the money I paid through the app. Said I can call in the morning and try and catch the manager. So I have to spend more of my time trying to get my money back plus had to spend more at Jimmy John’s to get our food. Should have just gone there to begin with. If you want to take a chance and get a sub here, better not use the app to order.
They gave me the wrong bread & forgot one of my cookies. I wasn’t going back a second time for them to rectify it. They clearly don’t read nor care

Service was good. Place was clean. My problem is that they're always out of the Italian herbs and cheese bread. Every single time. I always get there around 6. You close at 9. Why dont you ever have this bread? The people behind me ordered 6 subs. Guess which bread they wanted? Italian herbs and cheese bread.
Woman working was very rude. Asked for a modification on my mobile order and she snapped at me that i should have ordered it that way and now i have to wait. She took every customer behind me instead of taking care of me which would have took 2 seconds. Even the customers behind me told her it was fine, but she told them i had to wait. I waited 15 minutes for a 6 inch. Never returning to this location
Came in lady seem to have a attitude, I understand it's just her at the time , but she could of just told me as soon as I got to the door she would not open until 10 am . She continued cleaning and made me wait 10 min just to tell me that .

I walked in at 425pm today and the 2 employees were resting. So, they had to get up and begrudgingly help me. I've been coming in here 1-2x a week for a while. Wont be back again. Very slack service. Hap hazardly made sandwich
Subway has lost a customer. I walk in with a coupon, place my order, and pay nearly 20 dollars for two sandwiches because "my manager says we can't take coupons". Why send me coupons if you don't take them? And why would you not take coupons? Absolutely pitiful. No wonder their sales are dropping, no wonder they felt the need to change their ingredients. It aint the ingredients guys, it's the price. Thanks for nothing.
