"Girls Brunch" with the little one. It was our first time here. The food was super fresh!!!!! OMG that melted cheese!! LolThe kiosk was a new thing for me. I'm thankful to the SM who was nice and patient. He was moving non stop making sure the store stayed clean. And the store is VERY clean by the way. We were very pleased with our visit and will be back to THIS one.
Would you believe I'd never been to a steak n shake? The service was super fast with a middling crowd size. Food was good, altho i was a little underwhelmed by the burger size compared to descriptions. Shakes are everything they're promised, great. The whole place was very clean and the staff was totally on top of that. Next time I'll get the frisco. :) Nice work staff! Do better corporate itty bitty burger patty buyers.

Visiting from Arizona & didn't hesitate to come by for a tasty burger with cheese fries. Let me tell you that not only is the food delicious but Riley was so darn pleasant. He greeted every single person and made sure they were satisfied. This was a wonderful experience, THX
We ate inside, they seemed to not have many workers. The time timing of the food doesnt bother me. It was the raggedy bun with my burger. It was the kids burgers looking like my toddler fixed it. The onion rings were nothing but bread. Probably head to Freddie's next time
I’m only in town for business and I tried Steak ‘n Shake for the 1st time. That Royale burger is awesome and the oreo shake, but the drive thru speed sucks in the evenings. I came earlier today during the day time and whoever the guy was taking orders during the day time was getting cars out crazy fast and I like that. Then I come again during the evening to try the garlic burger and the night time is extremely slow on getting cars out. I don’t like being in line for 10 minutes
I meant to post this last night, but it was late and I was trying to get home to feed my child. I’m pretty sure the guy that was on drive thru last night ( black man, bald, muscular built ) is one the of managers. I did ask one of the Hispanic ladies a few weeks ago what his name was and I believe his name is Scott. I’ve been coming to this Steak ‘n Shake for 2 years and I’ve noticed him. Besides the fact that he is “extremely attractive” ( can’t be missed ), he is by far the most fastest and most accurate manager I’ve ever seen at any food establishment. Everytime I come to this location this man never stops working and is relentless. He had a line last night up to the street and killed it so fast and was still nice to me despite how busy he was. This man is seriously hardworking. His demeanor can come off a bit intimidating that can make you shy as well, but you can’t stop looking at him if you know what I mean lol.
We ordered 2 shakes and waited so long in line by the time we got them the had melted and didn't even fill half the cup. Over $8.00 for mush and weren't even cold. I will never go there again.
I went to this Steak n Shake for the first time since they made renovations and it’s like an entirely different restaurant. We were kindly greeted upon entry and saw that they have new kiosks to order and pay at. You can easily customize your orders and can sit and wait for your food, although you won’t be waiting long. The food came out hot and fresh, right next to the drink station. Although I do miss the diner feel of being served (no more waiters and waitresses because of the kiosks) my wife and I were in and out in a matter of 30 minutes on a Friday evening. The staff is pleasant, especially the host (a young man with glasses) and we will be returning for quick and easy comfort food.
