Most of the time they are out of inventory. And usually closed while appearing open in the Google maps.
Don't go on Sundays.
This Starbucks is always on point!!!! My coffee is always made the same no matter who makes it. All of the employees are very friendly!!!!
Consistency matters, please don't stuff a bunch of whip cream in the bottom of my carmel ribbon crunch!!
This is my least favorite Starbucks to go to. Today just topped it off. A waited a few minutes before anyone greeted me. Then the barista Kaitlyn came to the counter no greet or smile. She looked as if she had an attitude I was there. Very dry and unpleasant. I politely ask for my drink with light ice and she purposely put extra ice because I’ve been there before and know that’s not the scooper they use for light ice. I should’ve just gave it back to her. My family and I want go back there.
I usually go to a different Starbucks but it was out of my route today so I decided to stop here. Big mistake! Literally everyday I order the SAME thing. Trenta Pink Drink, No Ice. I’ve NEVER had an issue. At this location, I was informed that the baristas are not allowed to fill the cup all the way if you request No ice. So you are telling me that I pay $6 a drink and you can’t even fill the cup up because I didn’t want ice?? Won’t stop here again.

I should know better than to expect a good 5 dollar coffee from a Harris Teeter based Starbucks but I’ve been proven wrong before. Definitely an inconvenience for them when I asked for the drink to be remade and it was still wrong the second time. If you have a desire for decent coffee do not go here, you will disappointed.
