First time going to this particular Starbucks located inside of Target. A coworker informed me that I should try the mango dragonfruit with pineapple juice refresher. The young girl behind the counter who took my order was very nice, pleasant and patient. She answered any questions that I had about the drink. OMG!!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TRYING IT ?Thank You to the young girl that took my order ?
Very unprofessional young girls working here. Rude to customers. One was wearing bedroom shoes and another had on flops. Drinks were tasteless and ending up throwing away. Will never use this location again.
A rude, young blonde girl just turned myself and two other people away at 7:58 saying that they close at 8 and will not accept any other customers. When I had been standing there for at least 5 minutes before closing time. Very unprofessional and I will not go back to this location. Need a more mature management system at this location.
The girl at the counter was so rude. Had an attitude. I ask for a bit more Carmel. And she charged me over a dollar more. Over 6 for a medium iced coffee.
I actually don’t mind the store itself or anything that they offer and love the Pineapple Matcha personally. However their management must not be able to know how to order a truck because they are ALWAYS out of everything I would like to order. Shame they don’t seem to want business as I understand being out of product (I work in the food industry) however to be out EVERY single day is just ridiculous and poor management skills.

Now they make great drinks but I'm tired of waiting in long line to find out no whip cream or can't take app can't take cash... Every other time they have a serious issue.... 2 days in a row now talk about losing customers... I think I'm going to quit coming here for 6 months try it another month... But they make good drinks but run out of everything.... Blame that on management and ownership....let's get it together?

Today was a serious disappointment. Stood there waiting and said nothing as more people filtered in. I said nothing because it did not appear my drink had been made. After 2 more walked in waiting without acknowledgement for their mobile orders, I finally said something. The girl God the other 2 their orders and mine was there. It was made wrong. It is clearly laid out in the app, I Dbl checked... Usually do not have an issue but today was grrrrrr!
They make really good drinks when they actually have the ingredients. Everytime I come here it’s a shot in the dark on what they have. If these drinks are so popular then why not stock up on ingredients. Extremely disappointed
