Not only was one of the drinks made incorrectly but both fraps I ordered were incredibly liquidy and the decaf caramel frap tasted like straight, unsweetened coffee. Everytime my sister goes to this location they always mess up the drinks so I'm not suprised anymore. The only reason I left two stars is because I recieved my drinks quickly.

I had a horrible experience at this store. I came into the store and ordered 3 drinks. First, all the drinks were not labeled and were made the wrong way. I am not sure why I continue to come to this Starbucks because it is horrible service. My son works at the one in Salisbury and that store is better in tune with what's going on around them. They are specific when they ask you what you want in your drink and they give you the correct drink and it is made the correct way. My experience with this one in kannapolis is horrible and I will never give them any more of my money. It's not like the coffee is inexpensive. I am paying a good amount of money for drinks that aren't even made right and I refuse to do it anymore.

I ordered through the app and went into location, I was not greeted, not acknowledged at all. I waited for about 15 minutes and still haven’t received a hello or anything from none of the four workers. Three customers came in after me of different race and was greeted with the friendliest smile and orders came up immediately. I requested a refund and left. Disappointed, I’ve never witnessed this for myself personally until today. That’s wild!

I visited this morning a little before 6:30 am. I decided to walk in and place my order. When I walked through the door I was not greeted. When I got to the counter to order, 2 girls working behind the counter literally stared at me like "what do you want?" Then looked away from me with an eyeroll and continued gossiping about their lives. A friendly young man behind the counter had to come around them to another register to ring me up. I sat patiently for my coffee to be made. I realized it was taking a long time especially with them not being busy. The young man caught my eye and looked for my coffee. He had to apologize for the 2 girls because they not only didn't call my name to tell me the coffee was ready, they had placed it in the wrong spot for online pickups. Terrible start to the day. I work in customer service. This is not how you treat customers. I never get coffee out but I was in a hurry so I did that morning. I will not be back.

I placed an online order for me and my daughter and I waited almost an hour without any drinks ..the employees just looked at me ..they gave everyone coming in their drinks but totally ignored us , I will not be back

We always go through the drive through. The drinks are always great. The staff are always friendly and courteous.

Worst Starbucks EVER. Just sat in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes and turns out the Starbucks is closed. They had no sign anywhere saying it’s closed. We waited and drove up to the window and no one was in there. Lights off and everything. Unbelievable. There was 6 to 10 other people waiting in line and they had no idea. I also had a bad experience a month ago where I did an online order and went inside to pick it up. I waited forever and finally went to ask and they put a empty cup on the counter hidden behind all the other online order cups. The cup was empty because they ran out of the ingredients for my drink but didn’t say anything at all. They didn’t call my name or anything. They were rude as well. They just suck. We always spend way too long at the Starbucks waiting for a drink. They should probably just knock it down and build something more valuable. I’ll go to the Starbucks in the Target for now on.

This particular Starbucks is horrible. I’m honestly not sure why I keep giving it another chance. Time after time the employees have been rude and unfriendly. They also make terrible drinks compared to others. I really think the employees here all need some kind of training on how to properly speak to customers. They are also always out of something and the dining area is always filthy. I don’t like to even sit down there. It needs to be cleaned. Do better Starbucks!

This is absolutely the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s even more annoying waiting in line 20-25 minutes to get to the speaker and they are out almost every ingredient for your order. So then you’re stuck trying to place an order with the things that they do have. They are consistently out of Java chips, chocolate chip cookies, syrups, oat milk etc. I hate that it’s so close to my house…luckily there’s the one in target across the street.

My daughter and I went on a coffee run for my husband and my brother-in-law who is in the army who is only home for 10 days. We already had to go to George lyles to go to my dad's to drop off Christmas food we go inside and there is no one in line we ask for my husband's drink java chip frappe of course they are out of java chips so no cookie crumble no java chip frappe the only thing my husband wanted the only thing he ever orders of course that's not even the topping on the cake, the no sugar cookies, no we cannot put them into the other cups 'company policy' so our $21 of frappes melted on our 13min trip home, NO THANK YOU Starbucks, QT FRAPPES next time.
