Out of Ingredients for my reg. Coffee.Tried some substitutions for raspberry syrup and whip cream; tried oat-milk. Ended up throwing 1/2 of coffee away; + no whip cream either.(Girl was sweet and professional)

They make the best drinks. They take time to do the recipes right at the same time they are fast pace. They make good strong drinks. Very happy and smiling all the time. The caramel crunch with cinnamon dolce syrup is my favorite. My husbands is a hot white chocolate mocha which i really like too

standing in this Starbucks while they made our drinks, sat in a chair, fully aware eating or staying to enjoy my coffee as usual wasn't an option, was PROMPTLY told seating wasn't available. BUT I can stand in the exact same spot
They are slow and backed up alot of times but when they make the drinks ,they are good.
I literally found a hair in my drink... one other time my friends saw a fly in her tea. I asked for a refund and the lady had a bad attitude as if it’s my fault they made the drink with disturbance (hair). I WILL NOT BE GOING TO GET MY REFUND DUE TO THEIR ATTITUDE. I WILL NOT BE GOING. THEY CAN KEEP THE DRINK. REALLY RUDE...
