I travel all over NC for Uber, Doordash and Grubhub. Worst Starbucks ever. Customer acknowledgement (and not for just myself) was horrible. I personally told customers which drinks were theirs while I waited on my delivery order that was sitting in back for 5 minutes before yelling about it. They also weren't going to tell me my order was short items but did so because I actually check orders.Whoever was making drinks qt the front was messy as hell too. Person had negativity seeping out of their eyeballs.
I come to this location very often and my experience is always great. Today i had a little problem which okay it was handled in a timely manner by the manager Candice who was very nice. However, barista answering the phone needs more training on customer service. She was very rude answering the phone and when passing the phone to the manger she referred to me as “some girl” when my name was given to her.
I have literally been going to this location for 10 years! Every single day! Ask my husband. This is the best one around. I am a coffee addict. My review is 3 stars only because of my overall experience with starbucks. I do not agree with their way of pricing. If you take away 4 pumps of something to add four pumps or another it should be substituted rather than charged extra! This almost makes me want to stop going there. A drink that should be 6-8$ is now 10$. also in regards to this starbucks, the wait time has dramatically increased over the last several months. They are working hard as you cam clearly see but something needs to be fixed.
Service was great however my 3 stars is due to my caramel machiato tasting like there was no caramel in it and the long wait in the driv thru. Could be easily corrected with better training in making drinks and perhaps more baristas on shift. I'm an avid Starbucks customer and this particular Starbucks drive thru is, more often than not, slow.
Awful experience. Girl behind counter didnt know what she was doing, waited 25 min for my drink which wasnt even right anyways. I like starbucks but this one has gone downhill.
I'm addicted to their hot Green Tea Lattes and also their lemon and pumpkin loaf. So delish!!! Lately, I've been running through their drive-thru, but regardless of dining inside or out, the service is A++!!!
There's always such a long line in the drive through. get your $#!T together, Starbucks. But your coffee good, man, your coffee is the bomb, yo.
Spacious interior and fast service, if a bit loud during my visit. The drive thru arrangement is awkward when it gets backed up, so just go in.
They were str8 up busy the whole 2 hours I was there but never heard an complaint from anyone, those workers were the bomb!
Starbucks...What more can you say... It's delicious...
