Can you hire people?!?!? 6 cars drove off due to ur "DRIVE THRU ONLY" policy. Every Sunday we come by we wait 20 minutes JUST TO ORDER!50% of the time the order is wrong... what is wrong with this location?!?!? This is pathetic, when finishing this review 3 more cars pulled off. So almost 10 cars in 25 minutes smh. Corporate needs to hire an efficient Manager... LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!
My burger came out hot fast and oh so juicy there was enough bacon on there everything was just great it was amazing just amazing the drive-thru due to staff shortages was the only thing open but at the time that I went it was lunchtime the drive-through had six cars but we moved quickly through service awesome job awesome job Sonic brought me back as a customer!!!
OMG, these guys are so slow at least 15-20 min from beginning to end and this has happened at least 3 different occasions. The food is great when you receive it but my goodness. And if you see only one person in the car that ordered 3-4 drinks why not have the common courtesy to wipe the mess off the sides of the cups and put them in a cup holder without being asked?
I typically don’t write reviews but the last 3 months or so, the service at this location has been terrible with the long waits and order mistakes. We were regulars at this location (at least once every other week) but today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. We waited 45 mins for our food and it came to us stale and the order was completely wrong. Im not sure what’s going on at this location (I imagine it’s lack of staffing) but it needs to be addressed. With these numerous mistakes and lack of service, someone could end up with food poisoning and die.
No ice cream no milkshake lucky got a cheese burger asked for a sweet tea they hand me a unsweetened when I tell them they hand me two packs sugar instead of a sweet tea

Ordered lunch today and my burger was cold chess was not melted and my chili cheese tator tots were not done also. Idk what is going on bc this is the 2nd time I've had an order that was nasty. Idk what has happened to this location but very disappointed today and prob go to another location from now on!
The mgr. that was taking my order, i had to repeat myself 4 times..he said his headseat was broke..then I bought a butterfinger blast and it wasn't full and it was like melted ice cream! Then they wouldn't let me buy 2 cups of ice..mgr said ice machine was broken!! I asked for fresh food, it was fresh but nasty as if the chicken wasn't all the way done!! Fries were old! That was the worst 12.50 i ever spent
Not sure if it was this location or not but fries seemed to have an old grease taste to them. The side of the bag had a grease stain all the way down to the bottom. And the hamburger and hamburger buns seemed stale. I will try Sonic again but maybe a different location.
I usually order through the app and pick my meal up. Never a long wait and food is always prepared correctly. Staff is always friendly. Love the happy hour drink prices for the Cherry Limeaid I'm addicted to.
