Steak was crunchy... Like full-on crunchy, not just little crispy bits on the edges. Chicken was overcooked, tough, and dry. Do they boil the carrots in syrup? Everything was too sweet and had this weird aftertaste; I literally threw up after a couple bites, because it tasted so bad
This is the worst Sogos there is by far. Every time me and my husband eat at this certain Sogos, the chicken is not even chewable, it’s so hard. The rice is hard as well. I don’t recommend this location.
So the phones never work, and they never pick up which is very inconvenient but the food is always pretty good and consistentEdit// even when the girl is upfront isn’t busy, we saw her ignore every call. They also apparently charge a dollar per 1 extra white sauce now???? Never had them happen before
Kind of left me upset. Rice felt like it had some hard spots. Shrimp wasn’t cleaned properly. Don’t feel like it was work the $15 spent. Ordered steak and shrimp. Felt more like a veggie platter with too many carrots
Took forever to get someone to answer the phone to place an order. Finally got an answer and ask the girl if they close for a period of time during the day. Said she just got to work and she didn’t know why the phone wasn’t answered and told me “I’ve gotta go”. Very rude and very poor personality!!! Hope it was just a bad day for her!!!!!
This has to be some of the worst food and service available in the area. Multiple orders have been wrong, bland and just plain bad. Avoid this place at all costs.
Not too bad. Steak was kind of tough but other than that you get a good amount of food for the money, made fresh.
Only have fried rice. Not sure why you wouldn’t have white or brown rice as an option
I probably eat sogo 4 or 5 times a week. Got lunch for myself and my mother today at the location close to her house. Second time I went there and second time I was underserved there. Normally I have all 3 compartments filled at least to the tops of the barriers, if not over. Sogo is a fair deal when serverd the usual amount but this location needs to step up their game to get it up to par with the other locations. Forks were forgotten too.
Usually decent food, it was awful this time. No flavor, chicken and rice were mushy and the steak was like leather. Won't be going back and I hate to say that. Like I said, usually decent food.
