Love this location. Love the fact that they have a drive thru. They always make the smoothies very good. Never too watery like other locations I've been to. If you're near Concord Mills and you want a smoothie then you're in luck!
I’ve been enjoying smoothies from this location since they opened. Never disappointed. The employees are friendly and respectful, and the place is always super clean. Their sensitization rating is 100!I am yet to try every single smoothie they have on the menu
I would give zero stars if I could. Waited over a half hour for a smoothie on a Monday afternoon during the middle of the day. Way understaffed! They ignore people actually in the store and prioritize the drive through. Never again will I waste my money here.
I love coming to this location to get my smoothie fix lol! I have noticed though that this location is out of my favorite Quest Protein Bar: Cookies & Cream, If someone see's this could y'all order more?!

I was waiting at the register for my order and it was not taken for 15 minutes when someone finally did come up to take my order a lady told him not to. Maybe it was because I was black I’m not sure. But within the midst of me standing there for my order to be taken they were working on the drive through orders even though I had arrived before.
